- It's so delicious I make it almost every weekend! Delicious recipe with condensed milk
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
4 bananas
30 grams of butter
~1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
cook on medium heat until soft
Grind everything smooth
200 grams of condensed milk
mix well
500 ml cream (33-36%)
beat until soft
Gently fold in the cooled banana puree
~60g chocolate
Put the creamy banana mass in a practical form
place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours
Treat your family to delicious homemade ice cream!

@@vanessafarber3043 the 500ml that was whipped? That was heavy cream or whipping cream, any cream with 30-40% milk fat would work
@@vanessafarber3043there is also sweetened condensed milk in the recipe, that was the super thick yellowish milk, it usually comes in small cans as it doesn't need refrigeration until opened

@@KJ-gy1ij It's dessert made from bananas. You see that during the preparation, the mixture darkened. This is because when exposed to oxygen, bananas naturally become brown. The cure to keep the bananas colour natural, is stirring in one teaspoon of lemon juice.

Mmmmm!! I want it bad!😁 I just need to get a bit of chocolate and powdered sugar; have all the rest of the recipe. My favorite fruit is a banana and can't wait to get a tub of homemade ice cream. It's not going to last long,, trust me.
I'm going to make it and pour it in a Graham Cracker Crust. Then refrigerate it and Top with Whipped Cream Thinly Sliced Banana and Shaved Chocolate❤. I'll see how it taste. Can't go wrong with that delicous IceCream Base!!❤❤❤

Looks great, I’ve made banana ice cream before, but not with these ingredients. I’ll definitely use about half of the condensed milk though, and add a bit more chocolate; no powdered sugar. Thanks 😎

Bananas need to be ripe when used for desert. In the picture used for this recepe, the bananas are decidedly unripe !!! If the stem is etill green the banana will not be ready for consumption. Give them a couple of days sitting in your kitchen at room temperature to properly ripen . Ps. Never store any banana in the refrigerator.

Now that minus the chocolate is an awesome banana pudding base I'll have to try it.
That cream will whip faster if the bowl and beaters are chilled first.
if you just freeze the bananas and add a little milk and blend it, makes delicious healthier ice cream that's a lot easier
Probably the way I'd make banana ice cream as well.
