    Thank you!!! Thats exactly what I needed! Today was a shitty day. I was crying, feeling anxious and spent almost the whole day in bed. My husband was asking me a couple of times to do yoga, because he knows that after the practice I feel myself amazing. But I didnt feel like it and continued being depressed.. Then he asked to do at least a 20 minutes practice for him. If I wont feel like it, I can always stop. So I forced myself out of bed, still feeling sorry for myself, opened youtube and this was the first video that I saw there. I thought that it is a sign and gave it a chance. To make the story short, after the first exersice I started to feel myself amazing and started to smile for the first time today. Then I ended up doing three other practices and savasana in the end. I want to THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart that you opened kundalini to me. It is the most powerful thing that I have ever experienced. It can really change our mental state in a matter of minutes if not seconds! Thank you! LOVE and Peace ❤️

      Good for you Alexa kundalini yoga changed my life , it makes you feel amazing , I've been practicing for a few year now had a few different teachers , Andrew is a fab teacher I'm loving this challenge too
      keep up the good work ,your husband sounds like a good man ,always good to have a little push from the people we love ,love & light 🙌💜🙌

    Day 21 - thank you & Namasté - i am also progressing slowly on the journey through the chakras, arrived at truth is in the body yesterday! feel boosted and balanced after this practice & savasana, though my hip is kinda hurting - might be the chiroppractic intervention also - i will discuss this with him next time i go there, trying to avoid hip stretching and crosslegged seats for now. X

      If your hip is already tender, maybe hold off on the Trauma Release Exercises for now. They are wonderful! But the idea is to strain this muslce, which sounds likemight already be a bit strained for you.
      I think asking your chiropractor is a great idea! Let me know how it goes 😘
