Kundalini Insight: Kriya to Surrender and Let Go
💫 Welcome to Kundalini Insight. In this class, we will contemplate the idea of surrender-what it means to you and where in your life you can let go of control and go with the flow. After some warm-up exercises, we will do the “4 U” kriya, which sets the nervous system to withstand the pressures of society and the challenges of our times. The full kriya suggests doing each posture for 11 minutes daily for 11 days without moving a muscle, which is said to create nerves as strong as steel-“stainless steel forever.” In this class, we will do each pose for 3 minutes, so give it your best! This kriya also works on eliminating fear and developing greater spinal flexibility.
After regulating the flow of our vital energy, we will conclude with the "Meditation to develop trust", setting our lives free from expectations and disappointment, and learning to surrender to the flow of life.
🌕 To increase the power of this class, you can practice it under the light of the next full moon in ♒️ Aquarius, which will be on August 19. Otherwise, enjoy it whenever you want to balance your nervous system and energy.

    Wow. That was NOT easy. I decided to hold each pose for four minutes thinking, "How hard can it be?" Well, during the standing pose, I wish I'd just done three minutes instead of four. 😅 Your video couldn't have come at a better time as lately it feels like no matter what I do or try to do, life is keeping me stuck in very stressful circumstances. I'm sure this practice will help me move through the days with more grace. I also started crying during the first pose so if nothing else, I've released some pent up emotions. Thank you!🙏

    Fabulous brother thank you. From scattery in all layers of my being and burly looking shoulders to gentle and not hyper tense/ more in the physical grounded . Thank you. If you get to it you should do a pelvic tension one I’d like to do this practice will the lower body tension release of some sort and feel ready to rock and roll lol take care bro namaste
