Wenger stayed too long at the club and didnt keep up with the way the Premier league was evolving so it was correct for him to go. Seen Lee quite a few times on the FT and he just portrays his opinions as if they are a fact, when they're actually completely subjective. In this day and age Holding is never a better overall defender compared to white. Seen them both play in the prem (brighton/arsenal) and on average Holding makes way more mistakes, also he can't progress the ball, which means he is easily pressed, which means he is useless. Something that good defenders have to be able to do nowadays is pass the ball under pressure due to everyone pressing to some extent.

Not really. Barzagli and Chiellini covered for his defensive shortcomings. White just needs a better defender next to him (gabriel is overrated/not good enough yet in my neutral brown eyes).
I think Arsenal fans in London are very delusional. As a gunner myself, I felt we deserved that battering. AFTV hypes our side so much before any game that, after we lose the game, it feels 10x worse to digest a loss. Let's call a spade a spade. Our side lacks class. I am not a big fan of Arteta, but I hope he proves me wrong. But it's very painful to watch us now.
His inexperience has been evident and he has made many transfer blunders, tactical errors and is bad in man management. A club like Arsenal doesn't deserve inexperienced people working for it. By the time he will become a good manager, we might be playing for our survival in the bottom half of the table.

I’m not an arsenal fan so have not watched as many arsenal games as you probably have, but surely if you get 4th it’s a hell of an achievement? especially considering (in my opinion) the current arsenal side completely lacks any world class talent (maybe with the exception of saka). Surely arteta is doing well enough to get potential cl football out of this side, especially considering the lack of an world class attacker like aubameyang (when he was good)

As an arsenal fan i dont blame the ref, i blame arteta. Holding shouldn't have started. He should have been taken off after the yellow because it was clear he was seeing the red mist too early on. 2nd goal was also artetas fault because even after the red card he didn't bring White on to manage the game. Gabriel's injury is artetas fault because he was our only natural CB doing the work. I dont think Tottenham played great, I think Arsenal played badly. No ref blaming from me at all.

Holding got away with kicking son in the ribs early on. This alone could have got him a red as it was totally off the ball. He could have been booked twice more before he got the first yellow and the ref held up 2 fingers indicating that the first was likely influenced by his persistent fouling and perhaps he had been warned of this by the ref. In no sane reality was his sending off not justified as the kick and the elbow could be red cards on another day on their own merrit. Its sad as while Arsenal fans and their manager blame the ref or others they are not holding (excuse the pun) Holding and other players to account for stupid nieve mistakes and so the players will keep making them.
Watching Tottenham against Liverpool I knew them would beat Arsenal quite comfortably.

I was a Chelsea fan having no doing in the fight watching the game and not once in the whole 90 minutes did I end up saying that the refree made a mistake. Never thought about him at all. Surprised at the reaction of the Arsenal fans after the game.
Honestly its not surprising. We have the worst fanbase in world sports, all most of our "positive" fans will find anything to blame but Arteta or the players e.g. Arteta didn't have his best 11, but when we played you lot the other week it was fine you didn't have your first 11 because "Arteta's a genuis".

But fron what I've picked up the last 3 years is that if MU, Liverpool and Chelsea fans cry about the ref its kinda okay an no one really go off on them but as soon as other fans from other clubs complain about the ref they get quickly corrected.
