I think Conte is a manager who would suit the Everton side more than the Tottenham side, they have a solid center back partnership in Coady and Tarkowski and will only improve under him, the owner are always trigger happy to splash the cash, or at least they were until recently, the only problem is Everton are so far down the table it is practically impossible for them to get any European football this season, survival in itself is a challenge and Conte will never set the bar so low, however stranger things have happened in football before this as well.
