His contract ends in 2025, he will stay until then, after that it'll depend on how he feels, if he needs a break, he won't renew. He would've been at Man City for 9 years btw, 9 years! So, the city fans are desperate to keep him, but we know the end is probably near. The guy needs a break. There's no "breaking news" here, 2025 is the end of his contract anyway, it's not like he's saying he'll leave at the end of this season, he will honor his contract. So, I'm prepared for City to escape punishment as let's face it, a financial penalty to them means nothing.
