I think that the only reason why a lot of people use the Icarus IVs is because they are much cheaper than the Icarus VIIs. At least on the xbox market. I'm not sure about the other platforms
This is exactly why I have mine, just had to get in on the hover experience as soon as I could. Mine were ~400 a piece and I was going to sell them soon but now I may just build a colossus first then test them a bit more
Iracus 7 is 400 and 4 is 280

Aside from that I’ve found myself wondering why are the prices so vastly different between platforms. Is it because of pc was up first therefore there is more gear floating around

Icarus 7 costs like 1100 on xbox while icarus 4 only cost 400 on the market. So I guess icarus 4 is great for starters.

Could you make a video on explaining basic things? Like what not to do when enemies team is capturing ur point and the mini map awareness? Overall in game awareness. Most of the players go tunnel vision making bots better team mates

i thought the Icarus 4's were actually better, while i was looking at the comparisons between the Icarus 4 and Icarus 7.
and i thought they were also better because because they are exclusive.

Are these similar to the Omni wheels?
Nope, Omnis are a mix of Augers + small tracks, and with the new "fix" update these movement parts are even worse than before
So any of these hovers are still better imo
Why does the Icarus IV have more durability than Icarus VII? Makes no sense that the prototype is actually a 'safer' version of the hover. I hope they actually swap their names at some point. Also, when the names are swapped and we have Icarus IV drain 5% energy with lower durability I think that it could be nerfed pretty well by making the hover explode when destroyed, you know, like a true prototype. That would balance the hovers in respect to other movement parts AND in respect to each other
It wouldn't be a good balance because than no one would use the lower power draining hover. Though, I think it's a cool idea.
I think their fine the way they are, other movement parts just need to be adjusted optimally so they're just as effective as hovers in their own right.
