I believe I have found something that can at least somewhat counter hovers, granted it's another hover. Anyway, I suggest you all give a lance hover a try, I think you'll find it pretty enjoyable.

If in doubt, add more spikes.
That's a great build for Team Wins for sure, those annoying Hovers are the ones that end up with 5, 6, 7 even 8 kills as JBRider did recently, "If You Take Out their Hovers early, The Rest of their Team is Toast", Words to Live By In The Crossout Universe, Crossout is a War Game and sometimes sacrifices need to be made early on for a team win, otherwise you're picked off at a distance and Your Team Loses anyway, again great build and anyone who can master this build will have massive Team wins,
You have the boosters mounted above the center of mass which will make you nose down hard when boosting.
The center of mass arrow should be in line with the booster for best results.

It's intentional that they're that way, I want it to tilt so that it's not completely useless against ground builds when there's no hovers to attack.

Thanks for the video! Enjoyed nuggeting hovers a lot. How about splitting Griffith’s perk and cloak on different buttons? The cabin perk allows you to travel across the map with boosters on being ignored by all radars, and the cloak helps to get closer to the victim
Even more hated than hovers, boom sticks, they never should be invented
I have way more problems with hovers than I do with lances, at least the lances miss about half the time.

devs should just nerf spaced armor, it does not make any sense anyway right now. force people to build post apocalyptic vehicles again and not dumb skeleton bricks
Yeah if you touch the space armor mechanic you are going to kill the game and the last players remaining for your own selfish inexperience

Hovers are op because wheels and legs are underwhelming
Part of me wants to say this is only adding to the overpower-ness of hovers. New idea, mount the lances vertical on a wheel build
They stick up to high for it to be consistently effective when mounted vertically. Also it can't hit ground builds all that well so I don't think it contributes to the problem that is hovers too much.
So counter to hovers is well hovers , this game is a joke at this point
Mass focus and stay underneath them as much as you can when engaging - I would recommend doing that if you have a quick build. If you have a machine gun build, or a general high dps, do this and implement some dog ears to your build as well. Can never go wrong with those.

What if hovers remained like they are, or were even buffed a bit, however, if you over use them, they over heat (and become heated), or if you don't move enough/under use them, they stutter and become unreliable!
When you think the game cant be more broken they will add propeller part🤦 rly dont understand why devs so eager to kill this game,they debuff hovers by buffin them,they make raids easyer by buffin bots that instantly strip your weapons,and even drons of same bots strip your weapon😂😂😂😂,if i know back in 2017 when i start to play this it wont be ground battle wehicles honestly i wouldnt start to play at all.Its a shame i quit after so many years and so ...meh why bother any more,if creators hate theyr own creation...

Counter to hovers is jay, 3 medians, catalina aimbot at any distance pretty much
1057 damage and very fast projectiles with max catalina and Jay stacks with a fast reload with flywheel
Neutrino makes you capable of crippling most builds in one volley on a gen shot which is easy since medians have piercing capabilities
falcon is terrible with low range to activate buff and I see crossout youtubers NOT USE IT at all
Grizzly is only good for mobility and tanks builds not general with weapons that would rather have better more easily accessible buffs
Ah yes, the perfect counter to hovers "catalina aimbot", how about we don't use cheats.
thats to much work bigfoots 12 lances mount them high on the build kills hovers instantly and way more accurate then that thang
