Fantastic video. I learned alot. Here's How I make my Keto breakfast, every single day. Lasts me until dinner time at 6 p.m. 1. Paper bowl, greased with unsalted butter. 2. Crack two jumbo eggs, separate and set aside the yolks. 3. Microwave the egg whites, with 2 ounces of Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage crumbles stirred in, in the bowl, for 60 seconds. 4. Add the egg yolks. 5. Microwave everything for 15 seconds to warm the yolks. Stir and it's ready to eat. 6. Meanwhile, toast 1 slice of 10 carb Organic Sprout bread. Lather with butter and 2 carb Smucker's sugar free strawberry or SF raspberry jam, or 2 carb Stevia sweetened peanut butter. Result... May 20th is my 8 month anniversary on Keto/Carnivore. My goal weight was obtained in December and I've then under 140 lbs ever since with great BP, Pulse, O-2 saturation, and bloodwork. Of course, I do lots of physical labor every day on my job with an average of 6K steps on my step counter thrown in. _____ Hey man, I had a great, restful, weekend. Today, I worked on my reorganizing my Service Trucks for 6 hours in the glorious 76F degree Vitamin D sunshine. With a quick trip to Harbor Freight thrown in. A perfect day. the eggs are okay but I've become mentally allergic to anything teflon coated.
