      Mr Voss would it be possible for you to put your empathy skills over all the social media platforms?
      To be able to articulate compassion the way you do is absolutely brilliant.
      I believe your a U2 fan.
      They are 💯😎🎶
      All the best mr Voss & thanks for sharing your wisdom.

    I hear your appreciation of what-questions. What about beginning the question with, "Is there a chance..."?

    • @David_Bruton
      @David_Bruton Před rokem +4

      Is there a chance...? can be answered with a Yes/No response.
      They want the question to be focused of making the other person think and come up with a solution. Their book recommends 'What...?' questions and 'How...?' questions. Usually it's best to have preceded the question with a good effort to show you've thought about and understood what they've said.

      This might come across as me being a know it all!
      It feels like “is there a chance” would have a better ring, (as a “NO” oriented question )if you changed “is” to would” an Added a “be”

      With any ask, it feels like we should be using accusation audits to start any sentence
      I know that was probably more than what you were looking for as a response

    • @David_Bruton
      @David_Bruton Před rokem +1

      Or to blend in @Bizile503 's response, you could try, "What would the chance be that...?"
      Or maybe "What's the likelihood that...?"
      It really depends on the context you're looking to use this in. If you're looking to instigate a response or start a conversation, then a 'No' oriented question is better. If you're already in conversation, are staying curious, and want to draw out more information, then a 'What' or 'How' question could be more helpful to get both of you on the same page.
      Remember to label or mirror their response to communicate you've heard them!

    I love the intro. That's something I need to focus on. I just had a guy who I had to turn down because he was attacking out of fear. The girl I decided to go with, has the other style of aggression. I didn't understand the difference, but I saw it and I felt it; you just helped me "identify" it. Thanx!
    Furthermore, I love the "leading with the negative" approach. I use to do it the wrong way, but I learned from one of your previous videos how to do it the right way.
