  • Aftermarket AHI Dosing Module lasted 120,000 miles before light came on and needed replacement.
Replaced with OEM AHI Dosing Module.
To avoid problems like this, usually we never use Aftermarket parts unless we have no choice.

I changed mine yesterday. It had an aftermarket one installed. Was a bit hard to do but still doable. Took me around 2 hrs but I was being very careful.

What people don’t realize is the air dryer when replace also replace the air control valve and screen for ahi located on frame rail between air dryer and the ahi dozer. This will knock out the ahi dozer in short time. Mine is original with 1,380,000 plus miles. Inexpensive part I replace when I change my air dyer filter. Semiannually

I got an SPN 3556 FMI1. Description on my basic scan tool says, dosing injector 7. Got it cleaned but still can’t clean code after a regen. Dealer says to replace the hydrocarbon module. Thoughts?

I just had a code on my 2015 d13 for ahi module. I was thinking after market do to the cost and that i only use this truck to pull a fifthwheel trailer camper.
I bet i wont go 5000 miles this year. Waht did you get on that after market one again.
