Volvo D13 No Start Fuel Pump Replacement

Before you remove and replace the fuel pump, be sure you don't have a leak that allows it to suck air. Always ensure first that all fuel filters are secured and tight, the fuel/water separator does not need to be changed until it shows fuel near the top of the bowl. The black cap has an o ring that can leak air and with a new filter, it is possible to lose prime. That would be indicated by no fuel at all in the bowl.

• T30 bit
• 7/8 and 15/16 Wrench
• Flat Head

What was the symptoms before failure. My truck is cutting off and turning on. Had junk in my fuel water separator. Replaced filters and put injector cleaner in my fuel tanks same problem. Pls give me some advice. No lights on

Weep hole leaks. D13 fuel pumps hardly ever go bad. This one in the video is probaly still good

98% sure fuel pump is not the probalem on D13 engines
