    Dr Bush- do you have any studies specifically to study how this exercise releases the nitric oxide by perhaps to study nitric oxide levels pre and post exercise regime?

    If I do it two times a day but with 20 reps instead of 10 reps, is it better than doing it 3 times a day with 10 reps?

      Here's the link for the workout. He's demonstrates with 10 reps for each of the 4 exercises and you work your way up to 20 reps each which will give you a 4-minute workout that you can do 3 times a day for maximum benefit:
