You can use Offals also for this recipe and pretty much any kind of meats or fish you like, just chop them into small pieces.

Articulate and straight to the point, You just won yourself a convert. NICE. I LOVE your descriptive ability.
Looks amazing. Finally, an ofada sauce without tomatoes. Love your calm voice as well. Well done
instaBlaster
Beautiful, am going to try it
So lovely. I will surely try this. Thank you so much
Wow.... Thanks for this
Great!
This looks yummy and the steps in achieving this was well explained. Thanks for sharing
Yummy 🤤
Delicious......OFADA sauce to the world
Looks so ofadalicious
Love this RED ofada. I'm trying this with local rice from kebbi. roast my pepper and onions in the oven at 180°C for 45mins to 50mins. This dries up the liquid in the peppers. I don't like straining out the water from blended peppers/tomatoes (me though).
Very nice
I want!!!!!!!
Good job ma'am.
Best
Wow tnx
My new go to sauce for everything!!!!
Yeah
This looks so yummy and easy to make. Definitely trying this recipe. Thanks for sharing

I like this ladies dishes..The ingredients a re affordable and accessible for anybody and wherever you are.plus she doesn t use local words to call her ingredients like others youtubers which is selfish. Easy dishes. Bravo.
Thank you
Your videos and food are life 🙌🏾🙌🏾 thank you for taking the time to upload this step by step tutorial. Please what is the make of the pot?
Thank you, it’s Masterclass.
Just made mine using red bell peppers and it's beyond amazing. Thank you
You’re welcome
I love to have mine with spaghetti. Well done aunty Bukky, please can you do a video on how to clean shaki probably. I tried the hot water method but it didn't work, dunno what I'm doing wrong. Thank you
Hi, thanks for this video. Thought I saw meat stock at the beginning of your video. Was meat stock added at any time
Looks appealing 😂
This might sound weird but try ofada sauce with noodles...AMAZing!!!! Nice video as always Bukky🤗🤗
Doesn’t sound weird at all 😁 I’m tried it once or twice, so yum
Hello, hope you’re doing well. This looks Yummy! Can’t wait to try this out 😋 I enjoy it with Yam and also Beans when there is no Agoyin sauce. Can you please do a video on how you bleach your oil (that’s if you don’t have one) and if you do please point us to the right direction 🙈 this has always been my issue with making Ofada sauce. Also, do you store the bleached oil and if you do how do you store them?
I have a video on how to safely bleach your palm oil on my Instagram page, it’s about a year old so it will take some scrolling. I store the bleached oil in a mason jar just like the one in the video. I bleach quite a bit at a time so I always have it on hand when I need it.
Honestly!!! I love Ofada, but bleaching palm oil is my biggest issue. The first time I ever tried it I saw fire 😂 Ever since, I've been too scared to bleach palm oil properly.
Please let us know a link to your food processor. Thanks
How do you bleach the oil?
Thank you for this yummy food
Please I would like to ask
1) can I replace the pepper with tomato
2)if I am making the stew in large quantity should I add water
3) adding of egg or eggs is it compulsory
Have you tried making egg sauce with ofada stew. its delicious to eat with fried yam
Gotta try that 😁
For business purposes, can I use the green pepper or red pepper
Please is it okay to use a little bit of ginger and garlic? Would you also recommend dried catfish instead of the herring? And what part did you use the liquid stock or did you end up not using it?
I would like an answer to this too
Looks really yummy, I'll try this recipe, well-done. But I didn't see you add your onion.
I missed the onion addition too.
This is by far my favorite sauce, tried making it, it tasted horrible 😂 thank you for this
😂... Try it again it might come out better
Looks good. But you didn’t show us the point where you added the meat stock.
The comment I was looking for
Didnt see u add the meat stock ma
Can you please use oil
What if you add both green and red bell pepper with the habaneros will it be okay?
Yes
Can the locust beans be blended for this sauce
Yes it can
We like our oil like that🤣
I know right 😂
Can someone with high cholesterol take this?
I never saw Onions in your fry unless the one blended
Yum😋 .. Leave the oil alone
Absolutely 😂
It seems that I am perceiving the odour.
YOu have a very confrontational tone. Stop saying things like "I dont know what people told you" and "You do you". Sounds like you are fighting with someone and not cooking
Lol
