its funny how the $700 build u did 1 month ago is slightly better than this $1000 prebuild
i completely agree but you get what you pay for (comes with os, mouse, keyboard, already assembled, shipped to your house, warranty)
@@10ToesDownWithBasscompared to other prebuilds it is in fact a rly solid choice
@@10ToesDownWithBass agree
Totally agree, but I think well over 95% of prebuilds are garbage. This one Matt built back in October is way better than this and can be built for about $750-800 right now.

Just make sure to toss the intel stock cooler for a $20 Assassin CPU cooler and switch up the PSU for something Semi or fully modular for a much cleaner build. But this is seriously one of the best tutorials I have ever watched. Someone with zero experience could build this in little time.
That might be true but gotta take into consideration that if something breaks they have insurance etc
In my experience Skytech is pretty solid. The older archangel AMD R5 3600/2060 is what I started with which was great. Parted it out and went down and endless rabbit hole of building, tuning, and custom built PCs. Great Vid Thanks man!
I mean nowadays they give you an intel or amd stock coolers for $1k - $1.5k pcs. They suck IMO.
@@uniquehandleidk12zedm stock coolers are plenty enough nowadays, especially if you don't tend to overclock
I'm going for the same model with the 3060 ti, same 12th gen processor, 16gb ram, but a 1TB HDD. Only two differences. So should be good, and it's only $1099 U.S, which is great for what it is. Skytech do make some of the best prebuilts I've seen. I use to have one called a Rampage that was awesome. And still one of the FASTEST PC's I've ever used. I've since given it to my son for Fortnite, COD etc.
Yo u can get it used on Amazon with the rtx 4070 Version for 1050
This was super helpful in making a decision! Just spent the better half of 4 hrs reading and learning more about the Shiva ll
Great video man I have the same PC I've had it since February. I have the water cooled version with the zotac gaming 3060 1tb m.2 and I've upgraded it along the way and I'm getting ready to put everything in another case and add more stuff to it and more hard as the case isn't very roomy when it comes to adding hardware like that.
Does it have a lan cable or nah
Or Ethernet port
@@salehalshamlan5484 yes wifi and ethernet
@@salehalshamlan5484 it does have Ethernet
My only complaint here is the SSD is small. 1TB would have been nice to see.
Is this a good pc for a first timer into pc gaming???
Great Video Thanks So much for this video, ha just wanted to make sure before I want to purchase it 👍
I have a question. The Amazon link brings me to the same pc build with a different graphics card. The skytech page, too. Where can I find this pc with this graphics card.
I just bought this pc as the i7 4060 version for christmas, very excited
I want to buy it do you know how many fps you get on performance mode fortnite
@@lazytezz6492you don’t use performance mode for a pc like this bro 😂 dx12 would probably give more fps sw around 500-600
Any recs for compatible aesthetic add ons? Like fans or add ons to make it feel more full
Cant wait for my archangel 4 with a 7700x and a rx7600 with 32 gb ddr5
Will be upgrading the gpu though.
Ive ordered same one like this and it fucking amazing so far.
What's your opinion on the arch4
Just bought one off new egg yesterday. very excited as im upgrading from a 3050 laptop GPU.
Does it have a Ethernet port or lan cable
@@salehalshamlan5484 Yep you can use wifi or plug in ethernet
There's one for $1349 with a Amd ryzen 7 5700X and a 4070 12gb vram I upgraded my RAM to pny 32gb vram 3600mhz and omg it's a beast
Does anyone know what monitor Tech By Matt is using in this video?
This PC on their website listing is beefed up to a 1TB SSD and 32GB DDR4 3200MHZ. for $950+free shipping. as of 3/23/24.
Skytech has a newer Shiva II with a RTX 40 series GPU, and eventually I will need to either build or buy a new gaming PC as my current build is over 4 years old. My one worry about prebuilts is adding more internal SSD or HDD storage... as a streamer and content creator I burn through an awful amount of storage, and external storage can only get me so far (and lets face it, looks atrocious). Does the Skytech PC power unit have extra cables for powering at least two additional internal drives?
Just bought the 4070 pre build they have. Coming in tomorrow I’ll let you know how it is
@@ehonda8848 I ordered the 4060 pre build today, have to wait two weeks for it. I guess the word is out! Let us know what you think.
@@bobnolin9155looking to order the 4060 pre build as well. Let me know how you like it👍🏼
@@bobnolin9155how is it ? I just bought mine today
@@bobnolin9155 how is that pc so far?
Skytech is lokey epic.
i just ordered one for 1200 . Its my first real gaming pc so i rather get one pre built instead of custom since i might spend more then i need
Bro got the fedex shipping 💀
Hey i had bought the same pc, does it come with rgb software installed? If so what’s it called?
hey so how is the pc ? is it good ? saw you play fortnite how much fps you average in fortnite ranked?
@@pixelfn667 the pc is great, I don’t have the exact one In the video but mine is also called the shiva 2 mine just has a better gpu, cpu, and stuff. I play capped at 240 fps and it doesn’t budge at all, but if I play unlimited I’ll prob get like 6-700 maybe.
The case has took more than few inspirations from Corsair 4000D :D
i love the profile pic
@@cartoonf4n18 yeah it's my friend's cat
its actually a Montech case with their branding.
Could someone help me find the keycap dimensions and somewhere i can buy new caps?
Should i get the skytech shiva II or the blaze 3.0
The Shiva seems to have better reviews.
Hopefully you got the Shiva. I'm looking at buying one now and it seems to be there best budget pc
does the cables u need come with the pc
Yes
i was planning on getting this to start pc gaming instead of console. is this one really worth it in the long run?
If you have friends that got pc yes it’s worth it it’s not then no it gets lonely
Yes it is, completely worth it, once you get a PC, you will realize that it is better than all Consoles. Better performance, better graphics, more games, etc. Get this pc, or if you can, the shiva 2, it's just 100 dollars more and has RTX 4060, and 1 TB of storage.
I have an Xbox Series X, but I’m now looking for a SkyTech PC. I’m keeping my Xbox, but I believe a PC is better for your money. You can do way more on it I think!
What kind of table is that. Looks clean
Good pc 😁👍
5 to 10 most played games.... as F knowing that RDR2 requires 150 GB of storage :)
The problem isn't the AMD drivers. It's that ppople aren't smart enough to remove the Nvida drivers when they change to Radeon cards. You will have the same problem with Nvida gpus if you don't remove the Radeon drives and you should know that Matt.
He has over 214k subscribers so it's his job to shill. But saying nVidia has a better track record is a flat out lie. And this prebuilt is trash. For $700, you can fit a 5600 and a 6750XT and will curve stomp this to the moon.
what's the different between one fan rtx3060 and two fan 3060
nothing just size is different
@@beans3136the dual fan one looks cooler tho imo

I got a computer like this recently and it doesn’t have a taskbar. This is my first gaming PC so I don’t know if that’s supposed to happen. Can someone let me know?
Make sure you do all windows and driver updates.
@@invalid_duck Ok thank you!
My recent PC order from Build Pro PC has left me astounded. Their customer service is remarkable, the packaging was impeccable, and the build quality and performance-to-price ratio surpass all my previous gaming PC experiences. I enthusiastically endorse them
alot of big words left me kinda confused but I understand, helpful comment.
@@TendosPrimexlol
@TendosPrimex to sum it up, they are a great company to buy a prebuilt from
Which monetor need to use?
Any
Would this run mw 2 smoothly?
Very smoothly. I have the skytech Shiva 2 I've had it since February. It is a very solid PC there is a few things that need to be upgraded on it now when I got mine I got mine with a water cooling system and a larger graphics it's about double the price but well worth it and I'm still upgrading I will be moving all my stuff to another case that's larger and adding three hard drives to it and making a video on CZcams about it and reviewing this PC. Again I do have the Shiva 2. And call of duty runs perfect on it I don't have no issues.
@@NoLimitGaming740 thank you bro
@@NoLimitGaming740 Hii since you have the pc, do you know if its Oculus compatible? I'd like it to be able to run Steam VR without any problems/laggs etc.. And would I be able to run games like Hogwarts Legacy, Detroit become human and The quarry smoothly?
yes for sure. i have played both of them with no issues at all. just make sure you tune your gpu and enable xmp in the start menu @@angiegelic1276
Will this run gta rp smoothly?
Will this PC be able to handle MW3
Well over 100 fps, probably closer to 150fps.
"one if the best pre builds thanks to our sponsor skytech" 😂😂 you have to say good things about it.😂😂😂
sir your address is showing on the box
I bought one of these but can’t get it to turn on ?? Somebody help this my first pc im a console guy🤦🏾♂️
Is the power suply turned on?
It’s a great machine but the front lights have never worked on mine. No biggie
I'd still prefer a 1000 dollar laptop beause i can carry it around to my friends house to play
$1000 laptop won't be near as powerful as a $1000 desktop, but hey... you pay for the portability.
Is COD worth playing on this pc?
Yep
Can you upgrade the storage from 500 to 1tb? And is it easy?? Someone pls help
Yes it has an extra m.2 ssd slot so you can add like a 1 or 2 terabyte ssd to the other slot
No one ever mentions sales tax or warranty in their videos and it's just not realistic
Just to let you know your address shows on the box
Hii can anyone who has this PC reply please, I have some questions.
1. Is it Oculus compatible? I want it to run Steam VR without any problems/lagg etc.
2. Would I be able to play games like : The Quarry, Hogwarts Legacy and Detroit Become Human?
I have this and it will run those games plus oculus. Good choice
@@metrosb2593 Thankyou so much! I'll definitely be getting it
Hey! I don’t own the PC, but I’m gonna ask my parents to buy me a sky tech PC for Christmas this year.
Anyways, my question is, do you know what monitor Tech By Matt used? I believe it’s a nice looking monitor and for my first ever PC, (if I get it) would look awesome!
@@K3LH I believe it's a regular gaming monitor of today's standard so possibly 144hz display. If you can and are buying monitor try to buy one with a 120hz+ monitor it will help in first person shooter games. But generally any monitor on today's standard is suitable
@@metrosb2593 Thank you!! Is there any particular brand I should get?
My 6600XT > 3060
No one gonna talk about how the Cypher is just floating in midair at 11:45 ? 😂
I would never spend $1000 on this.
Why not
@@NotCripplingDev Specs are trash. Can't you see that?
Well for a prebuilt you will very rarely find a price point for the stuff that it includes. Probably one of the best pre-built on the market also
Custom still dominates
Duh i think that’s obvious 😂
@@Humbleguy1400 I build my own it WAS good for the price now it’s shit😢
@@Humbleguy1400 nah EVERYTHING got so much cheaper cause of the weird market in 2020 like my gpu ( a Rx 6600) was 450 now it’s 200 euros but it’s still more than capable of playing any game at 1080p
Guys always build yourself prebuilts are a waste of money
Never, never, never, buy prebuilds. Especially now, no matter what they are offering you can still build it yourself cheaper and with better specs. I've never in my life seen a prebuilt PC that I could not build myself for less, almost always using better parts and upgrades. I still watched anyway because I like you Matt and would really love to see you build a 2023 $1000-1200 build. Because your 2022 one was epic and now in 2023 the GPUs are cheaper and better on the AMD side.
not everyone knows how to build pcs lol even w watching videos there might be some errors
@@rafaelarredondo6868 Watch one of Matt's video tutorials on how to build a $1000 gaming PC. He made one about 6 months ago I think and it was one of the most indepth tutorials I have ever seen. He holds your hand throughout the entire process, even helping you with tying up cables in the back of the case. Seriously, he leaves no step out. That guide features much better components and is a radically better machine with room for upgrades. He even walks you through installing the OS and configuring the BIOS for max performance. I've recommended it to several first time builders that had no problems. And he made that guide several months ago and prices have dropped.
Unless you receive dead parts, you'll be all good. It's why I watch Matt's channel, the level of detail. It's a rewarding experience and you will end up with a much better system for the price.
@@bamandontshadowbanyeah I would rather buy a pre built then build a pc even if it’s more expensive. Just because building a pc is hard and takes more effort lol
@@warzne7077 I don't think building is hard at all. The first PC I ever built I was able to do in 1 hour and had zero knowledge. I simply watched an excellent CZcams tutorial like the ones Matt puts out. It held my hand through the whole process, was much easier than I thought it was going to be and gave me a massive sense of self accomplishment. Also, and this is a big one, I saved over $800 compared to a prebuilt with the same specs (which were also lower quality components).
I totally hear what you are saying, but trust me, prebuilt gaming PCs are generally a horrible investment, which is why they are so rarely recommended by respected reviewers like LTT, Gamers Nexus, and PC Builder. The sole exception would be ordering from a private builder with an excellent reputation with their own storefront on eBay or something, but they are rare.
Build your own friend, you will thank yourself afterwards, I promise. And just to give you an example of an amazing tutorial, here is a video Matt posted last October, of a great PC that can be built for about $800 right now:
czcams.com/video/bOs48z_Y3_k/video.html
Only thing I would change is the CPU cooler (search for the AK400 or Assassin, simple to install and only like $20) and the PSU, I would buy fully modular. Just think on it. Building a PC is very rewarding and is not hard or time consuming with the right guide. Barring you do not have a disability or something that would prevent you. Save money (don't buy Nvidia) and build a better system. Give it a go buddy!
@@bamandontshadowban alright, ima still rock with a 2k pre built I’ve picked out with a i9 2tb 32gb ram and a 4070, idk if the 4070 is good but my family wants to give me a pc as a gift and tbh the best way to do that is a prebuilt, not hating tho, I know building a pc is 1000x better and will def build my pc when I’m older and have knowledge
I bought this pc but now it's greatly upgraded from this now.
