Can you have a lord tournament again or least played lord tournament? Seeing the not so popular lords on occasion is nice. We don't need more Malekith, Fey Enchantress, or Skaven power grab. Lets see some wild Grombrindals, some Tiktaq'to, some Aranessa, and some Red Duke. Or single faction but with randomized lord. Another fun bounty or army idea would be a Dogs of War style one that maxes out on RoRs. Some jank formats sometimes would go a long ways to spice things up.
Or even a tournament / matches where you have to use the basic lord choices. E.g. Basic Empire Lord, basic Bretonnian Lord, basic Necromancer for Vamp Counts, basic Gor Lord for the fast cows, etc.
Yes i need a LL Tournament again. We just had a DLC, so there are more of them yet again :) . And with domination i feel like it might be more even than land battles ?

As a former WoW player who had a resto Druid character exclusively for pvp and was king of running around the pillars and spamming the insta healing spells, you gave me so much nostalgia with that comment at the beginning. Good times.
To me, a non-Greenskin player, their magic situation also seems like an issue. Death magic is good, but very match-up dependent. Lore of Little Waaagh! really needs a better passive to compliment their cheap spells. Lore of Big Waaagh! seems to be directly balanced with the Bonewood Staff in mind, so the more expensive spells or Orc Shaman hero are never seen.
Man, that breath attack from the Sun Dragon at the end was straight out of a movie. Reminded me of the sun blinding the Uruk Hai at Helm’s Deep, the miracle to save the day when all seemed lost.
I'd love to hear a podcast about theoretical balance changes with people like Sparty, Pwn, and Sotek! Also would love to see someone like you on the balance team for the game Turin, sometimes think that you know more about it rather than the people at CA!

Yeah, it's a shame when an otherwise deeply varied and interesting faction gets locked into one build style due to overwhelming power difference. The thing you're asking for, with rebalancing all the units and adding new interactions/lore-friendly abilities sounds like the community patch people are salivating over. If it can't be done officially... well. As Emperor Palpatine said, "So be it."
CA needs to fix the difference between the lords.
How does Ostankya have more health than Grom?
We can't forget that she still has great damage at range.
Knowing that Kislev has plenty of healing with the patriarchs.
The game has so much potential to be a competitive game.
But bugs and imbalances prevent multiplayer from moving forward.

Have you ever thought of making a SFO type mod (turinhammer?) where you can do what you were talking about and making some changes you think would make the game more fun? Whether it's just for multiplayer or singleplayer too
Literally scrolled down to type this, I feel it's getting to the stage where this is a must, and since patches are getting fewer and further between (last one was 3 months ago ...) You've got some factions, lords and units that are just unplayable and it's not like CA is gonna start caring anytime soon, come on Turin you've already fixed the map issue and saved the community from only having 3 playable maps imagine how much better the state of the game would be in if you could address balance

What I love about Pwn is that he's clearly a strong player, who mostly fucks around and has fun, meta be damned. When he focuses it's a whole different ball game. See if you can find that old Imrik v. Grom game I mentioned just above.

Dragons vs Obesity
I just tried something with Azhag and feral wyverns. They can easily nuke imirik or a dragon
Idk if wyverns are allowed in dom tho but i tried it and it worked in like 10 sec
Feral wyverns are not allowed in multiplayer

It's nice to see other heroes in play. I understand in a competitive scene players want to play the best options. But for more casual games, seeing suboptimal characters is awesome. Especially Imrik!
curse of the bad moon is funny cause it last forever but is one of the most unpredictable and random vortexs as far as it moving around lol

You bring Grimgor because he's the biggest and the baddest and therefore coolest orc. Shame CA doesn't understand that but we stick to the lore. :)
Given how we're gonna have even fewer patches than before and the direction CA is going (as in "fuck the playerbase, especially the multiplayer scene"), I think it it would be best if you made a multiplayer balance mod. Modders have been keeping this game alive for years now in singleplayer, I see no reason why their awesome skills wouldn't be able to improve multiplayer as well, as the map pack already had.
I still love that Grom, one of the fattest characters in the setting, is also really fast at 84 speed. He's the fat and the furious for a reason
If you're going to bring a night goblin shaman you should definitely bring vindictive glare for sniping casters. Unless they've changed it since the WH2 days it was a staple, basically just a cheaper fireball that sucks against foot characters.
I was hoping to see the new pump wagons with their ranged attack. Are they any good now?
Wish they would add a mechanic that helps Characters like Queek and grimgor by letting them synergize more with their Elite units, so they buff themselve as Long as a tier iv in unit is around

It's sad that it's always always wurzag with greenskins, I think you could get away with a rogue idol giant build or a build around spider riders and a great goblin shaman on an araknorok spider mount.

I love how the sun dragon breath did so mutch more damage tothe black orcs in the beginning then Imrik's dragon one. Its nice that the cheaper dragons have a niche at clearing infantry more cost efectively then the expensive ones, since the later are better in pretty mutch everything else
Star dragon's breaths are just flat out better, the sun dragon just did a little more because it's breath hit a little more square
@@N0ahface sun dragon's breath has more spread, so it will often hit more infantry models in a side hit, unlike the star dragon's wich is more focused and will often hit a very small area, dealing a lot of damage to what if hits, but doing a lot of overkill on infantry. Sure, star dragon's breath is stronger, but its also less cost efective when used on infantry, even on a perfect scenario

The new lords (And anyone on a dragon) get "ultra sized" hp and weapon strengths, the historical lords are prey.
Good example as to why the meta is the way that it is, at least for the Greenskins.

Hefty Black Orc frontline is very fun but it feels so bad if you let them rip a perfect Star Dragon breath down the line.
Sad that we never seen sisters of avelorn. They really need a cost reduction considering the new dlc armour piercing archers are cheaper AND do more damage.
Yea they are expensive and if you open with them are prime targets for magic nukes, but I always try to bring one

Elite Infantry vs Elite Infantry, neat. Orks always been the kings of infantry at least in campaign.
Speaking of things we would like to see in game to make It cooler - more combat animations. Hell, I would not mind having some more of it as DLC if CA made couple of good ones.

Such lost potential in these games, I don't understand what CA is doing with their money that they give these games a skeleton crew who can barely deal with minor bug fixes and hiking their DLC prices. How much money is being poured into a risky project like Hyenas?
