I'm 14.6 year old and I will do workout at home in 13.5 age and now today I will buy resistance band but my arm back abs are very well maintained and my School friends will say to me tu ye sub krta hai isiliye height nhi badh rhi bcz my height 150cm 4'11feet my mother's height 4'10 father's height is 5'4 🥺 I'm feel very sad for my height so it is the reason for starting workout at home and now I'm very satisfied for my decision bcz I know my height will be increased at 20-21 age so my other' friends whose height is not good 👍 that'is ok don't feel uncomfortable 😣 I know that's natural but feel confident and I'm also doing 20 min stretching exercise and other muscle 💪 abs workout only 10-15 min 😇

Bro mere height 5 3 ha ma 13 sal ka hu magar bohot jyada patla hu meri behan bhi mujhe chida ti ha wo bolti ha tum ko dekh ke lagta ha ki tumhe ku poshan ha aur ma abhi apne relative ke yaha gaya tha shadi waha mujhe bohot troll kiya gaya tabhi se ma ne soch liya ki ma excercise karuga ma start toh Kiya magar no guidance ki wajah se ma kuch same thoda bohot karne ke baad chor diya mujhe man bhi nahi karta tha aur alas ata tha aur fir Mera health kharab ho gaya phir mane ek video dekha uss video ko dekhne ke baad ma ne fir shuru kiya iss bar mere papa ne mujhe warm up ke bare ma bataya usse phale ma warm up karta nahi tha mere papa thoda bohott gym ja chuke ha toh mujhe papa ne sare tips diya iss bar mane internet ka sahara liya ma ne 1 hour Tak excercise karne ka faisla liya aur ajj ma itna exercise karta hu ki 1 hour kab nikal jata ha pata nahi chalta ma ne 1 saal ka goal banaya ha ma sari sabji bhi khani shuru ki ma ne sacrifice karne ke liye soch liya abhi tak ma green vegetables nahi khata tha lekin abb ma sari sabji har ek fruit or har ek chiz khani shuru kardi jo ma nahi khata tha
