This ACTUALLY worked! I was at the gym and had a HORRIBLE aching pain with clicking at every movement, I was about to quit and go home since my right shoulder got destroyed this way. But doing this exercise I feel so much better!! Subscribed
I have terrible clicking should every 6 months. This actually fixed it in 5 minutes. Thx. I normally just deal with it until disappears
That's great to hear, glad you found the video!
no way this fixed anything that quickly. what happened was your tendon got warmed up and it slides around easier.
@@drewskeez1156 ya I'll have to stretch a few times a day when the clicking comes back. It sucks but it's something oppose to nothing.
@@dv_1991 the only thing you can really do is make sure your rotator cuff is working optimally and your posture/back strength is adequate so that your shoulders aren't hunched forward. If you get everything balanced and they still click then its either not a big deal or you've got some labral tear that doesnt allow your shoulder to stay stabilized, which can also be a pretty minor thing as well. Every baseball pitcher will have some degree of labral tearing for example.
@@drewskeez1156 do i have that tear if the clicking doesn't harm at all just clicks
Thanks Tom Cruise! 🙏

This exercise makes my shoulder click with every rep!
hey do you still have this problem? u probably need to lessen the weight, or the range of motion until you can work up to a bigger one
I just have really clicky joints. I have a toe that clicks with every step I take until I am in so much pain that I have to stop walking. My shoulders are a bit better now, but they are far from perfect and still click and grind a bit with exercises. Arthritis to look forward to soon I guess.@@xeffary7390

Wow. My left shoulder has been clicking when I move it certain ways for a long time now. Years even. It never was really an issue until today when I was doing some shoulder work in the gym. Found this video and was able to complete my workout with no pain! Subscribed!
Wonderful!!! Thank you!!! I never knew there was a solution!
Doesnt it depend on what part of the shoulders clicking. I did it and it helped like 10%. I mean that is still something so thanks sincerely.
Thanks. This is really going to help me, help my son.
EXACTLY WHAT I NEED!!!! Thank you boss

Thanks for so many great solutions! So awesome
Thanks for watching!
Michael, how is it even possible, after having watched almost 500 videos of yours, for you to teach me something brand new?!
You are beyond amazing! ♥️
I'm guessing the 2nd part was stretching the rotator cuff. Have to try.
I have a partial shoulder separation from 40yr ago and sometimes I couldn't lift a weight above the shoulder so I'll hang by my arms and it's fixed. I can't sleep on that shoulder either otherwise that ligament will fail again.
Hope it helps, and please give us an update soon.
Hi it was clicking for weeks tried this once with a 3lbs weight worked immediately lol.
Miracle 🙏
Solution worked so well that now I have 3 shoulders. Thank you :)
Yeah it worked but for small span of time. After like 30 mins again same clicking sound. Is it like particular muscle group warm up and after cool down same sound? I have noticed the same when doing shoulder gym workout. Starting it will click once you do one set of front raises click sound go away. Some science is there..
Sounds like a classic example of weak rotator cuff muscles to me. Its the main reason why this exercise would work reducing clicking, by activating "disconnected" muscles that stabilize your ball in socket during lifts.
Many lifters warm up with rotator cuff exercises then do their other lifting exercises for this reason. As you gain strength and control with these small muscles, it will likely help reduce clicking for longer periods at a time
Hero!
Fantastic Presentation My Brother!
Thank you, and thanks for watching!
holy crap this stuff actually worked
Another awesome 👏 helpful video
Thanks again for watching!

Thank youu!
Thanks for watching!
I'm doing a similar excersise standing using a gym cable machine, where the weights acts as counter, while I in the same manner lock the arm/elbow in a 90* angle and perform inward and outward movement.
It’s a stretch to say this will fix my cracking shoulder in seconds but I’ll give it a try
I did those exercises in PT after biceps tenodesis. 💪
Would you recommend the surgery?
Thank you.
Very useful exercise.Thank you
Glad to hear that, and thanks for watching!
Can i do this with weights that weigh 2 kg?
Thanks bro
Thank you! It worked for me.
Glad it helped you!
OMG this fixed my clicking shoulder after one rep. I started playiny tennis a few months ago and my shoulders started clicking. I've tried stretching and a few other shoulder exercises but those just seem to make the clicking worse. Thanks so much for this tip!
Now that i think about it, all that tennis was making the front of my shoulder stronger and cause a muscle imbalance. This exercise is bringing it back in balance. This is just my guess as a non-medical person.
Holy crap this worked… bro Ty so much
Wow this worked instantly
omg its gone was just crying earlier ago cuz of the pain now its gone im so freaking happy thank you so much
Glad you're getting pain relief!
hahaha the second one actually worked instantly thank you!
I got this while doing pushups, looked this up, did it, back to doing pushups with no clicking
Same maybe it’s our form or something
I love your channel.
Well thank you, and thanks for watching!
Yea I had a problem with my shoulder clicking kind painful after a jab, right after a bjj class, hopefully this helps thanks 💪
I have clicking sound on my shoulder for 6 years..i hope this will help
So knowledgeable.!
Thanks for watching!
Can you add explanation even in description to your videos? What are we doing even in “doctors language”
Love your videos!
Thanks for the suggestion!
My 2 month clicking shoulder fix in 5 min.. thanks from malaysia!❤
Great to hear that!
Thank you omg 🙏
So my “clicky” shoulder isn’t my painful side. Would I just do these on both sides? Or would laying on the painful side make matters worse (I’m a back sleeper so I don’t lay on the bad shoulder if possible).
I’m gonna try this after work!!!
For some reason, doing rotator cuff exercises like this one actually causes me clicking in the back of the shoulder. Is there a reason for that? Thanks for the video!
So helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Hello. Will these exercises need to be practiced for life or is it something that will go away completely at some point?
Thanks. How many sessions until I notice improvement?
thanks
Thanks for watching!
Both my shoulders have been popping and aching for 3 years and I’ve finally had enough
Thanka😊
thanks alot!
Thanks for watching!
If the clicking is painless, is it even a concern?
Eventually, yes. It took decades and suddenly painful without an injury.
For the last 3 weeks my right shoulder is been bothering
Before that it was getting numb . Now is pain
Hope that exercise helps
It worked! Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
How long do I need to do this
Brilliant thanks so much!!! I only asked for this in the comments of another of your videos recently. Delighted
Hope it helps!

Hi there- Is it possible that these exercises may not work? I'm 38 and have always been fit (good mobility and muscle mass around the shoulders) but I've been clicking pretty much my entire life. There's no pain or underlying pathologies but that'd be great to get rid of that annoying sound (especially that shoulders are right next to our ears :) ). Does anyone have good recommendations on other exercises or strategies for persistent clicking shoulders? Thanks!
Doc i think this is exactly what i need. Will these exercises strengthen the shoulder muscles and help avoid injuries (in swimming and weightlifting)?
Yes, start with very light weight and control the weight, form is key here
I did this for 4 weeks 4 days a week shoulder still moves and makes noise
I have a recurring subluxation issue will this exercise help with that? My shoulder is very clicking and painful, how frequently should the exercise be done for it to take effect?
