  • Dr. Rowe shows how to fix popping, snapping, and clicking shoulder sounds for good using NO EQUIPMENT!
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done AT HOME and may help get rid of shoulder click, pop, and crack sounds in as little as 30 SECONDS!
This video will be broken up into an EASY, effective step-by-step guide that's going to target the main causes of pop and crack sounds in (and around) the shoulder and shoulder blades.
First, we'll tackle a huge culprit of a popping shoulder sounds, that is lack of overall shoulder, rotator cuff, and shoulder blade MOBILITY. A series of quick stretches will be shown that may help improve range of motion and flexibility of the shoulder joint capsule, hopefully leading to less snapping sounds with movement.
Next, we'll going to make sure everything is getting stronger and working together how it's supposed to be. These exercises will help strengthen the muscles and tendons around the shoulder (including the rotator cuff). This way we'll help not only get rid of annoying shoulder sounds quickly, but help lessen future instances of those pops and cracks.
WATCH now and get rid of a popping and cracking shoulder sounds for good!

This is some of the most competent perception seen on the internet and youtube reg. perception reg. how the shoulder is intended or evolved to be used. Is this your own developed exercises or is this based upon somebody famous or some recognised perspective or line of thought? Again, I cannot get my hands down .... as liftingting them to freedom is how shoulders are made to make hands and arms work vs. stabilising shoulderblades behind ribcage and lock them tight onto ribcage in order to create stability as many other schools these days seem to do.

I can't believe it, but this is fixing my shoulders.
I've never been able to do shoulder exercises since the start of my fitness journey because my shoulders were too uncomfortable. Popping, snapping, and pain if I pushed even slightly. I've been doing this routine twice every day for a 3 weeks now and the difference is massive. I didn't even realize how tight my tendons were and how lacking in strength my rotator cuff muscles were. Today I noticed I was reaching above my head putting dishes away and my shoulders were not uncomfortable or popping at all. Just because I can hold my support my shoulders properly.
All I can say is thank you.

Truly Knowledge is Power! My shoulder problem which existed for the past 13 years is solved with these exercises. Especially the First Shoulder Muscle Fix exercise mentioned in this video. This kind of knowledge is very hard to get as not all know what they are actually doing. When I rotated my elbows to the position where get my thumbs up, there was pain in my right shoulder (somewhere under my front deltoid) and there was a big clunking / snapping of tendons. I fought against the pain and did the exercise again and again to get full range of motion with no disturbance. In a matter of three weeks the snapping and the pain went away even while doing this exercise. May you get all the blessing and the strength to keep up with your excellent work.

Thank you for sharing so much information, to let those of us who can't afford specialists and doctors, the means to heal ourselves where possible. As I did the doorframe stretch on the first rep, my right shoulder made a big pop behind where it connects to the collar bone and the clicking sound it was making when doing kettlebell swings has finally gone. Now to fix the other shoulder hopefully with the rest of the vid.
The fix your knees with a butter knife video also helped me tremendously.
    Have a great day !

You make the best videos. Saved my back after a decade of trying everything and finally figuring out some good QL routines. Now, this already feels like it will help my left shoulder, which has been weak for over a decade, too. My popping is when the left trap pops over the left scapula, but it's all related to that tight, immobile shoulder.

@@speedsaint3587 came a long way since then,
If I would do it again:
I'd do "dead hangs", which is just hanging from a bar
its the best cure, go to your local monkey bars or any place u can do pull ups, and hang off of the bar for a few sets
also if you lift weights or play a sport, keep doing what you can do that doesnt hurt your shoulder
I was doing a lot of farmer walks and as i did the dead hangs, I am now able to do push ups again.
my shoulder pain still is present but its become a 1/10 compared to what i had back then and i only feel the pain if i do too many push ups or when i box and use my front delt muscles a lot as they still need strengthening
stuff like face pulls were recomended to me but didnt help much at all and for a while i gacve up on any therapy exercise, just ignore the rest and do a ton of dead hangs and on top of that if there is any exercise that you feel helps ur shoulder, do that as well
hope this helps - if you have further questions, feel free to ask

I just tried the door (or in my case a wall) stretch, holding for 10 seconds x 3 and i have to say my upper back and shoulders felt great afterwards. Burned and ached like crazy while holding the position for 3 sets but afterwards felt a nice warm relaxing feeling in that area. Tried it again for 1 set after a few minutes and it was easy to perform compared to the first 3 times. It's a really nice stretch for shoulders and across upper back and shoulder blades.
