I have been hit by an 18 wheeler while walking and it threw me about 15’. Then years later, had a stroke. The muscle weakness made me pretty clumsy for a while. Then, on 2 different occasions I was a passenger in car wrecks. One we ere T-Boned on my door. 6 months later, the day I was being released from PT, we were rear ended. There literally isn’t a part of my body that doesn’t ache or hurt badly. The Only thing that keeps me pretty mobile is self mobilization, adjustments and stretches. Your videos are very clear and the explanations are excellent. Thank you for showing me some improved ways and even a few new ones!

These look good. I have a super stiff “underfoot” metatarsal from a mid-80s bunionectomy w/no physical therapy, as they didn’t offer it back then. The area by and above my right foot arch has limited range of motion-pointing and flexing are stunted.
Liking that big toe “knuckle” crack, too. The ideal thing is having it all done to me. But I’ll give these a try on my own!

Okay so if I move my right ankle it pops, no matter if I had just popped it or not. Except it never feels like it has been popped, it feels like stretching a rubber band and flicking it from one side of something to the other. The same thing happens with the lower "knuckle" of the toe next to my big toe, and also with my right wrist..... Any idea what that could be?

I’ve been suffering from a foot that always cracks a few times a day when it gets tired.
I did this a minute ago while watching your video and ... honestly, my foot feels great. I will rest and sleep, and see how it feels tomorrow.
Hope it provides a fix and not just a momentarily relief.
My foot did crack btw jaja!
The reason my foot cracks is because I sprained my ankle two times when I was young and I also broke my shin when I was little.
Since then I’ve felt this kinda swollen painless , often cracking.

That's joint instability from damaged ligaments. Check out dextrose-based prolotherapy, it tightens and regenerates ligament tissue. Had it done to my neck.

First of all, thank you for your great explained and very helpful videos. Through which I have already got rid of many complaints.
Maybe you can help me here too, my wife has had recurring severe pain in the tibialis anterior muscle for several months. She has been to countless doctors, unfortunately no one could or would help her. We also don't know why this pain has suddenly appeared. I massage her leg every day for 20-30 minutes because that is the only thing that brings short term relief. Maybe you know such a problem and have a tip what we can try so that we can reduce the pain. Thank you so much already.

Dr. Rowe...would the last movement shown in the video also work to release the cuboid bone? I've had a problematic cuboid for eons and have wanted a reliable self mobilization technique. Thanks so much for your videos. (From a native St. Joseph resident and SJHS Class of '76 Graduate...Go Bears.)

Thank You Dr Rowe. I have had pain just above my middle toe since 2015 that goes to baby toe, down the other toes into the outside and top of foot after the chiropractor cracked my toes downward. I did the movement you recommended and nothing happened, it must have loosened it up. Did some walking on carpet kind of spinning my foot, feeling it in that area and "POP". You can't know what a relief it is, has been horrible. I just hope it stays, this was only 10 minutes ago but it feels pretty normal already. Many, many thanks to You!
