Octopus and potatoes pasta is a beautiful and above all good variation of the classic recipe.
In fact, pasta and potatoes with the addition of octopus takes on a nice boost in flavour, octopus being an ingredient that comes from the sea.
This sapidity creates an excellent contrast with the sweetness of the potatoes. In my opinion, the mix is definitely interesting.
There is really nothing complicated in making the recipe for octopus and potatoes pasta.
To make this first course with octopus, I used mezze stelle, which in my opinion look great on it, but obviously you can choose the format you like best even if, in my opinion, short and striped is better because in this way it retains all the sauce of tasty potatoes that is formed during cooking.
This is a first course that perfectly blends land and sea ingredients, I really like the combination because in reality I also deeply love the octopus and potato salad which in its simplicity always gives great satisfaction.
If you like it too, you absolutely must try to make this delicious but simple to make dish.

► Ingredients to prepare the octopus and potato pasta:
Half sleeves 200 g
Octopus 900 g
Potatoes 400 g
Onions 80 g
Carrots 1
Celery 1 rib
2 bay leaves
Peppercorns 1 pinch
Hot peppers 0.5
EVO oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
To serve
Parsley 1 sprig
Lemons 1
Hot peppers to taste

L'ho preparata per pasqua e devo dire che è venuta benissimo! Ho seguito il consiglio di usare una pasta più piccola (ho usato i gnocchetti sardi) e far andare un po di più le patate.. ottima, davvero ottima!!

Ciao Luca sto seguendo la tua storia sulla pizza di cipolle posso darti un consiglio? Scusa se mi permetto nel soffriggere le cipolle aggiungi li i filetti di acciughe aggiungi un o due pelati fai tutto un impasto unico e procedi con gli ingredienti per fare l'impasto. Io faccio con farina lievito e amalgamo con acqua. Non usare la pasta confezionata. Vedrai che bontà.

Polpo assolutamente congelato (usato scongelato), a chi non piace il polpo rimane una buona pasta e patate!
Vorrei che lei alla fine facesse il riepilogo della ricetta perchè se si perde un passaggio all'inizio non si capisce bene l'esecuzione della ricetta
però si può rivedere il video senza problemi
