My favourite qigong channel! Love to start my day with Nick’s beautiful nature scenes and love how well he explains every movement. Especially appreciate the descriptions that give a great metaphorical visualization of energy movement.

What a lovely little session . And, by gum, it works ! Thank you, as always, Nick. ( that may not have been a crane but that bird felt the vibe)

hi nick, I have a little question:
I would like to incorporate qi gong, tai chi and breathing exercises into my morning routine. everything your videos offer. However, I don't want to do qi gong for 3 hours in the morning, just half an hour every day after getting up.
Do you have any idea which exercises from your videos are particularly effective, such as the 5 element qi gong? Or would you even suggest pursuing your 4 week Chi Kung Foudnations course? I'm a bit at a loss because there are hours of material on various exercises on your channel alone. I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me, thanks in advance!
