Can i buy this in England and use on a partial fill PIR cavity, 150mm cavity with 100mm PIR and 50mm gap. I can fully close cavity with closer or insulation returned?

Can u just plaster over this tape and how about sticking a plasterboard over tape how does this work

I would still prime it first
