Installing a facade membrane for open facades - Majvest 700 SOB and Wigluv Black
In this video, you will learn how to correctly install the Majvest 700 SOB facade membrane on permanently open facades. The robust Majvest 700 SOB offers reliable protection against driving rain and wind. This membrane is equipped with an integrated SOB ('SIGA On Board') adhesive tape, which enables quick and easy application. Majvest 700 is also characterised by its exceptional UV stability and resistance to ageing.
Majvest 700 SOB is particularly suitable for facades with permanently open joints up to 50 mm wide and a maximum surface area of 40%. We recommend our Wigluv black adhesive tape for sealing penetrations and joints. Wigluv black adheres even at extreme temperatures and is both UV-stable and diffusible.

Hi great video was wondering for a warm roof flat roof construction renovating from above and outside what direction should i5 be laid with writing facing room below or above please?
What do you do if the indulation in the cavity is not exactly flush with the block?

Can i buy this in England and use on a partial fill PIR cavity, 150mm cavity with 100mm PIR and 50mm gap. I can fully close cavity with closer or insulation returned?

What about the small voids around the wallplate straps? Has this tape got a thick adhesive layer?
Can u just plaster over this tape and how about sticking a plasterboard over tape how does this work
