    Kies motorsports did a video of before and after water/meth dyno runs. On boost juice the HP gain was an average of only 3 horspers. You HAVE to get a custom meth tune to get significant gains

    When you do meth injection you need to get it tuned! You’re going from 91-93 octane to 116-18 octane that’s so if you haven’t gotten it tuned you need to

    Good video. I started a two nozzle install this weekend. I have a question about priming the system. When I press the prime button I'm only getting fluid out of one line. Thinking that a solenoid isn't working. But I noticed on the gauge I'm not getting the asterisk indicating the power nozzle was functioning. Not sure exactly what should work during priming? Could be the controller also!

      Everett Tice during the priming, both nozzles should shoot out, you might have to do a solenoid test .also try putting your power nozzle one 0 or 1 then prime and see what happens and switch them and see if it’s the sane results, also the power nozzle will only come on at the psi you set it, also make sure you have the right size nozzle so you don’t over saturate you engine, and hurt your spark, if you get flutters and boost, you may have to go down a size or put it to spray at a higher rpm, like 10 psi instead of 4, this only applies to turbo engines not naturally aspirated engines, as they give full boost the entire time. And yes I had to replace 2 solenoids, sometimes that jam up, try switching and see what happens and let me know💪💪💪💪 ,

    How does the gauge read boost? Did SP supply a digital sensor for it to hook up to? Or is it done via an analog reading?

      no I just have a tube going thru the fire wall to a cts intake boost tape like this, so its raw, old school boost.

      Good informative video.
      Can’t seem to have boost psi reading from my set up.
      Did the tap boost wiring from after the throttle to the gage pod.
      Nothing for now.
      Didn’t prime the system yet.
      Any idea what’s going on?

    So did you tune for the water meth or just slap it on and “think” it makes mid range power? The whole point is to be able to increase boost and ignition timing safely

    Hi bruce... what would be the best setting for 1.6bar boost? Is it 20psi start and 23psi full is good? I did set as normal 10psi start and 12psi full and had blinking on psi display..

      I would say start at 12 and keep putting it up until it feels right and not boggle, and or only should blink when it’s low or jammed.

    I used same device in my turbo truck it works good at beginning before 2 months starts showing (X for boost and off for meth) graph i turn off the truck and start the engine sometimes back to normal and sometimes i need more than one time to do the same until becomes normal, now whenever i starts my truck it shows X boost and off meth, any idea what might be the issue or how can i solve it i checked meth pump and works very well

      ss ff if you want the full benefit, you should tune it, for more timing because it has higher octane like 103, but if you don’t your car still will perform better because it keeps the engine cool, and it also cleans the engine too, you basically will be in boost weather all the time, it’s like how your car always run better in the morning when the engine is cool, like if you watch drag racing, they don’t run there car , until they race to keep the engine cool, so yes there’s a lot of benefits with out a tune

    Hey Bruce, the issue in Latam, specially in Perú in which methanol is forbidden cause its used for drugs and some shit. So would the mix work with ethanol o alcohol...??

      welcome brother thanks for checking out my video, Yes other options are denatured alcohol, and -20 wind shield washer fluid, any brand for the wind shield washer fluid should be an exact replacement. but some times its old, if so you can ad some heat to it but it should be fine just make sure you check the date, denatured alcohol, would have to be mixed 50/50 with water, they both help to evaporate the water like methanol

      Usa alcohol de la farmacia, tambien soy de Peru y usaba alcohol, ya no uso pq esta demasiado caro por el covid. Ahora estoy usando thinner jajjajaja, es mas barato y tiene mas octanaje.

    Do you have a link to that gauge housing you have on the steering column? I saw you were using the Snow performance 210 version. Did you get the maf / map version?

    its a pity, that this system don't show vacuum... And the pressure-sensor has to be external, to mount it near intake manifold

    Hi Bruce, I had a question to ask. Just installed the VC-50 thru the 210 boost cooler pack.. All running perfect. Got my ride dynoed on meth works well...but only issue is am experiencing some beep sound from the gauge after meth injection is activated.. it will beep once for 2 seconds and stops each time meth injection is activated on boost according to the setting.. Beep disappears when I off the injection..How do i troubleshoot this beep sound coming from the gauge if you can advice.. thanks

      I haven’t herd the beeps, before I’m reaching out to a bud at snow performance, and will get back to you, it’s not sound activated unless they upgraded it, let me find out

      So I just got off the phone with snow performance, and they said there gauge, does not have sound, it only has beep indicators, for example when it’s block, low, or purged. Check to see if the sound is coming from your dash, and here is a direct line if you have issues (940) 767-7694

      Mic P I had number 5 but which worked fine with my revo stage 2 tune, but when I went to APR k04 it worked better with number 3, I was getting a lot off fluttering, I’m guessing because APR puts the power down gradually

      @@brucecustommotors Hi Mate, thanks for reply much appreciated, i had nunber 5 nozzle but it was a bit much on Focus ST so changed it out to number 3 and its better and my Afr is also better, not tuned for it and dont think i will as mainly using it for cleaning the valves and also a bit of knock suppression when cylinders get to hot as current tune has a bit of knock at wot, have intercooler intake, downpipe and exhaust, also bought a devils own number 3 or 4 nozzle as the spray pattern is meant to much better than the snow ones as the nozzle jet is slightly recessed, do you have a solenoid as well as check valve? Thanks mate👍

      Mic P yes I have two solenoids, one after the pump and one before the spray to the intake, to be honest I only got 18 hp from tuning, and it feels like I lost a little bit of torque , but it could be in the mind lol. I think if you want a true benefit, you would have to log a personal tune. But the intake temp levels are as if my car is first start, so I’m getting the full potential of my turbo

      @@brucecustommotors hey totally agree not sure about added power wothout a proper tune but it drops my temp down by at least 30-40c , have a couple temp probe sensors just before manidold runners and one sensor after turbo hot side intercoller pipe and almost always 30-40c less

    My impression is that the anti knock sensor, and the stock turbo and inter cooler would make this almost impossible for me

      It depends on what size nozzle you use they have small to big, the less horsepower the smaller the nozzle you use, I had it on stock turbo first
