The gasps in the audience really does prove how little the average person understands the black experience.
Doc, keep spreading the word. 🇨🇦🇫🇯🤙🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
Like how black people where prioritised for covid treatment when white people where denied treatment.
How black farmer where given goverment support and white farmers where not.
There are hundreds more exacly like this.
It happens here in the U.S. as well. It's absolutely unbelievable, vile, and disgusting. It really needs to stop.
As a black nurse I know exactly what you are talking about. When you go to work and know you are doing good and doing your job right but still your skin is always an issue for them.
I’m disgusted that anyone treated him this way.
They have trust issues
I'm a 63yo black woman, Canadian born. I was beaten up in June 2022 by white security guards at Michael Garron hospital. I presented with pain, was refused healthcare. Upon exiting the hospital, the guards handcuffed me, screamed "STOP RESISTING!" & slammed my head against the brick wall. I suffered a severe concussion and now have a brain tumor. 5yrs of serious abuse by that & other hospitals, now the human rights commission is investigating, but ONLY this case. I've worked as a composer/producer with some of the biggest names in the music industry ( Kenneth Babyface Edmonds, Angelina Jolie, Buddy Miles, Alexander O'Neal, Glass Tiger, Frozen Ghost, Jeff Healy, etc. I've accomplished much. Now
I cannot leave my home & am extremely traumatized. This has caused suicidal thoughts.. Nobody will talk to me about any of this. The police lied and ignored it. Not YOU, the media, nobody will address it.
Find a media that will cover up your story and tell it. There are people out there who will. Don't give up. You could be a vioce to so many, 🙏 sending prayers your way.
@@eugeniababyqueenmascheroni4257 Like what news media?
So sorry this happened you. I pray you get justice, healing and peace.
Same thing happens with native people. In the healthcare sector. I could explain many times, especially here in Thunder Bay. Does anyone recall about the nishnabe guy dying in Winnipeg for 3 days in the waiting room hospital?
I don't think patients understand how such overt acts of prejudice can derail the mental agility of their medical provider and inadvertently affect patient outcome. Further, when a patient is transferred to another provider due to patient prejudice, generally the entire department looks down on that patient as these views are are not well tolerated. Despite the duty to remain professional, patients with these explicit views are actually putting their own medical care at risk at a time when they are most vulnerable....less than smart
I feel your pain but you are Gods child and he placed you in this position as a Humble Spirit. God knows my friend he will protect you and family In Jesus Name Amen
I haven't met one honest doctor in ontario canada in 14 yrs.. I'm to white for a honest x ray read...
