    The term "Liberation" has been appropriated to mean the opposite of Liberty. Liberty fights for agency, the Doctrine of Christ, and the Order of God. Liberation fights against all these things.
    The War in Heaven may first be about the disparity that agency creates. Seeing the disparity, Lucifer concludes that he must remove agency from God's plan and "Liberate" mankind from judgment. In juxtaposition, Jehovah, representing the Plan of the Father, fights for Liberty and agency and offers Himself as the atoning sacrifice.
    Liberty and the Doctrine of Christ are inextricably connected in the Book of Mormon.

    Cap. Moroni understood all this. "I seek not for power, but to pull it down." His Title of Liberty is the ultimate banner of thought on this.🎆🇺🇸🎇🇺🇸🎆

    Modern liberation today realy is just another way to say, "Give me all the blessings and joy without any of the consequences." It's just another version of eat, drink, and be merry. True liberation is self determination to choose liberty and eternal life or captivity and damnation. That choice automatically creates a divide, hence one chooses his kingdom in the next life by the choices they make and the laws they willingly, freely abide by in this life. Choosing to follow God is way different than forced to follow God. Force creates resentment and rebellion. Choice creates love and loyalty. God is not going to trust you with great power and blessings if you haven't proven yourself, through your choices, able enough to handle them. So many just want to cry "I have been unjustly wronged and judged" because its eiasier than changing themselves and accepting their consequences and doing better.

      @@CwicShow if i was perfect sinless i would not need to be redeemed .
      CHAPTER 4
      (JUNE-OCTOBER 1830)
      How Satan became the devil-He tempts Eve-Adam and Eve fall, and death enters the world.
      1 And I, the Lord God, spake unto Moses, saying: That Satan, whom thou hast commanded in the name of mine Only Begotten, is the same which was from the beginning, and he came before me, saying-Behold, here am I, send me, I will be thy son, and I will redeem all mankind, that one soul shall not be lost, and surely I will do it; wherefore give me thine honor.
      ...
      Behold, here am I, send me, I will be thy son, and I will redeem all mankind, that one soul shall not be lost
      ...
      so he was going to save us in our sins no repentance no works no ordinances no justice for what we did
      imagine being in heaven sitting next to a guy that is redeemed that eat your children and no justice
      now if the guy just took your car in the long run it doesn't matter but killing eating your child does
      now if i get drafted into the NFL i cant play for any team i want . i have no agency
      so lets look at how the devil was going to take our agency
      ...
      Abrham 3
      24 And there stood one among them that was like unto God, and he said unto those who were with him: We will go down, for there is space there, and we will take of these materials, and we will make an earth whereon these may dwell;
      25 And we will prove them herewith, to see if they will do all things whatsoever the Lord their God shall command them;
      ...
      and we will make an earth
      ...
      not 2 or 3
      so why do i bring this up
      i am showing how the devil was going to make us play for the losing team the Arizona cardinals no choice to which team we would play
      ...
      moses 4
      6 And Satan put it into the heart of the serpent, (for he had drawn away many after him,) and he sought also to beguile Eve, for he knew not the mind of God, wherefore he sought to destroy the world.
      ...
      wherefore he sought to destroy the world.
      ...
      this would have made God a liar
      he said an earth not 2 . if the world was destroyed then we have to have someone else like the devil to make us an earth
      now if you read the pearl of great price God says his words cant come back void
      and everyone in church teaches this story backwards that we would have been forced to be perfect which is imposable
      and why would i then need to be redeemed?
      stop teaching it backwards i don't feel enlightened in church

    Alma and his people were under bondage and were still able to know the will of God.
    I fear we have set up America, the constitution and freedom as an idol. We must repent, beg for God's wisdom and have the courage to follow his will in all things. Every knee will bend and every tongue will confess that Christ is the Eternal Father. We will not be saved by an earthly banner.

    If Christ the model of how to deal with disparity, then it is to allow choice and then provide personal guidance and support for those making bad choices. It is a radically free plan, even allowing people to harm one another. I'm not sure a society can function on exactly those rules, at least not one without Christ as a guarantor; however, we ought to learn towards offering freedom and service over enforcing conformity.

    Jesus, in pre mortal life, taught that we could have the Right, the Reward, and Responsibility of moral agency. I will add a fourth to that, Risk. The proper use of agency will reduce the risk of improper choices. And of course, choices have consequences, which is something the adversary likes to say we can avoid; or can spread around, or nullify, with "equality".
    You are free to choose, as long as it hurts no one, and you assume responsibility for for your choices and actions.
    One of the greatest gift of liberty and moral agency, as i teach in Sunday school and priesthood is, without both, a person can't choose to Repent. If you can't repent, you are damned, and are forever short of exaltation.
    Satan wants to take away your ability to Repent.
    Remember, Thomas Paine said many wise things, but ultimately was an antichrist, anti God. He believed in the brotherhood of man, not The Brotherhood of Christ.
    God bless you, God bless America, God bless the Republic, God bless the world.

    it’s a struggle to juggle the seemingly contradictory principles of free speech and exaltation. On one hand you know that exaltation is by definition exclusionary, in that your speech and actions must all be pointed and dedicated in one direction, but on the other hand exaltation is actually self selecting, in that your speech and attitude, if already aligned with that direction (whether naturally or through lifelong perseverance), will automatically qualify you. It helps me not feel so bad that I find myself disliking hearing the speech of others, of naysayers and liars. I do think that it’s good to allow all speech in this nation, to come across lies and vulgarity and to not wish to have those voices stifled by law. It’s the only way to ensure that truth is also protected. But you as an individual shouldn’t feel obligated to try and hear out any message that’s out there. You aren’t undermining the principle of free speech by blocking someone online, because ultimately we’ll all live out the eternities alongside a population that we want to listen to and talk with. We won’t want to censor our neighbor because we won’t need to.

    • @gemelindacjp7976
      @gemelindacjp7976 Před 7 dny +1

      @@gemelindacjp7976 “expectations” are inherently exclusionary. It excludes certain thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Maybe you’re saying that exaltation isn’t meant to exclude anyone, which you’re right. Ideally everyone would rise to that perfection. Meanwhile, it has to exclude anyone who doesn’t meet the standard.

If I ultimately ended in the Terrestrial Kingdom that is because I sent myself there. No one in the Celestial kingdom excluded me with their cool kid click.....I sent myself to the Terrestrial kingdom. Just like that dumb baiting question "is God going to send me to hell?" You decide where are you going to send yourself....if you rejected God here, you're probably going to continue to reject Him.

      @@stephaniewilliamson4611 ok but are you therefore saying that the temple doesn’t “exclude” people, but that they simply don’t choose to go there? I think we are arguing semantics, because clearly you can’t just decide to go to the temple - you also have to qualify, and to qualify you have to make certain choices. But we aren’t deciding the qualifications, God is. That doesn’t take away our agency, it just excludes certain choices that are counter to what qualifies you.
