- Wei caught up with Bvlgari product creation executive director Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, who designed the Octo Finissimo.
Enjoy an up-close look at the 40mm Octo Finissimo Skeleton 8 Days, which is driven by the self-winding BVL 199 SK, and has a small seconds dial, power reserve indicator and anthracite PVD skeletonized bridges.
The 40mm Octo Finissmo Automatic Sejima Edition might go down as one of the most distinctive Octo Finissimo models of all time. This polished steel dress watch is driven by the self-winding BVL 138 and was designed in collaboration with renowned Japanese architect Kazuyo Sejima.

When octo first released I loved everything about it ! Everything except the finishing and I though wow if this was an all polished case and bracelet it would be amazing ( same for the rose gold one ) can’t believe it’s finally here ! Sad it’s a limited one though
Oh my god, Octo is so beautiful watch🥹❤️
That last one was an amazing watch!
Gorgeous watch I’m new to the watch game I started my interest in February of last year (2021) this is one of those genres of watches I’m glad to have discovered. The high polish, the casing dimensions, and that mirror dial are gorgeous. The way it plays with the light it reflects and refracts like a diamond but it’s not blingy
Amazing!!
This full polishing model is fantastic
Am I the only one that can't stand how Wei wears his watches?! LOL, still love you Wei!
Octo Sejima is more than a watch....it's a piece of art....amazing 🔥
The dial or rather crystal on the Sejima collaboration reference is mesmerisingly unique!
What a beauty! Wow!
Both are really beautiful watches. Love to see the Sorayama edition watch also.
Beautiful 🤩 👍🏻🇬🇧
I love this polished Octo, if this watch was made like the scratchfree Rado DiaStar i would buy one
Love 😍
That's so cool! Did you get it?
Heading out to Las Vegas tomorrow hoping to pickup an Octo. Hopefully the boutique has them in stock.
Great stuff , well done Bulgari team ! Just one question? If it’s such a cool and hot watch ; why would you limit the sales to a few hundred pieces worldwide ? As long as there is demand for it, why not sell it ?
Freaking love octo! I have been trying to purchase one for 8 years. However, that 40mm case wears like 46-48mm. Wondering when they are starting to cater small wrists🙏
I have a 6 inch wrist and wear my Octo just fine. I usually wear small watches, but this hugs my just so gently it works well. I guess it is all about perception.
@@stonec2166 ya totally agree. I guess I'm just not used to that presence
It's not about wrist size, it's about forearm size. Saying a watch is too big is really saying your arm is too skinny, there are ways to remedy that.
@@bdegrds Agree! forearms do play a role visually with a watch. However, the problem is that biologically there isn't muscle attached to your wrists and lower forearms. You can only make them fatter by gaining weight but bigger.
Sejima probably travelled with public transportation vehicles that have their windows covered by see-through commercials :)
😂
If I were in your shoes...I'd buy one too!
The last Octo looks soo cool, but it’s pretty much a scratch magnet
"I'm buying it"... nice.
A successful meeting of horology and jewellery
Two home runs.
Looks like Kind of CD
Just doesn't matter if happen
Full polished finish very difficult to maintain?
It’s safe to say the Octo is a modern icon at this point
I want it! BTW calling the head of a major watch company Dude is a little off in my opinion.
