After arena deal collapse, what about toll relief?

Has Hampton Roads' bargaining chip on toll relief disappeared now that the Northern Virginia arena proposal is dead?

The best way for toll relief is to refuse to use the tunnels. Drive ERT into bankruptcy and eventually there whole toll scam will collapse. No one should be using those express (toll) lanes either.

I try to avoid the tolls as much as possible because I'm cheap. Now if they got rid of the car tax (biggest scam of all & a huge burden) I wouldn't worry about a few tolls. But in Virginia if the politicians can't rip your face off they're not doing their job.
