Thanks for the video. I just rebuilt a ford 9 inch, new friction and steels, and bearings. I set all the preloads and backlash at .009" it runs quiet straight ahead, but there is a gear whine on turns. I've driven it less than a mile. Is this something that will break in?

.009 is fine for backlash. Did you change ring and pinion ?
@@Dragracer64 no, just th e bearings and posi friction and steels. I did some figure eights and it seems to be quieter but still there.
Where did you get the parts? Can you give a detailed list of the parts you used ?
