    Thank you. I love seeing the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler on your shelf. That book completely changed my life!

    Hello, ur video is so helpful! My question is if u do use ovulation kit, it predicts the best two days of ovulation. Do u suggestion to have intercourse before it has “SMILIE FACE” on it?

      Day of positive ovulation predictor kit is ideal (but trying a few times in the week before you expect to ovulate can make sure you don’t miss it❤️)

    I went in for my first pap smear at 24 years old. Ive been with my husband for 9 years and were recently married. I asked the obgyn how i can "plan" my pregnancy and like if theres anything i should do before trying to get pregnant and she looked at me confused and was like "just dont use protection and just start trying". obviously i know how to make a baby.

      I got the same advice after my first miscarriage. The doctors in real life are not like the ones on youtube 😢

    I'm 46 so will it be hard to have a baby at my age

    • @drlorashahine
      @drlorashahine  Před 2 lety +2

      Yes - chances of having a baby decrease with age of both eggs and sperm. It's not impossible but low chances - it's best to review your personal situation with a reproductive endocrinologist - best wishes!
