Hello Dr. Shahine, I love your videos. I would be so interested in learning more about fertility and how to have a healthy plus size pregnancy. I have not seen many folks taking a HAES approach to fertility and you are always so thoughtful and intentional with how you cover topics. I would love your take. Thank you so much!

Hi Dr. Shahine, I love all of your videos I have watched so far and have found them to be very helpful. I know you cover a little bit on low AMH levels on the general tests that should be run. Can you do a video on maybe the best ART approach for women with significantly low AMH levels (below .2) - IUI vs IVF? As I understand it, AMH levels can increase a little, but overall it doesn't generally increase from .2 to over 1. Can you expound a little be about what those who have low AMH should focus on (I.E. cleaner diet, avoiding plastics, chemicals, increased exercise, etc.)?

I live in Israel and I was looking for something on what benefits vitamin d have and stumbled onto your channel. Funny enough, I'm undergoing IVF treatment (hopefully with Frozen embryo). Just turned 40 in April, do you have any videos that you can refer me to. I watched, the day of transfer video. Thanks so much!

Thank you Dr. Shahine for your videos. Is there a video that explains what causes uterine polyps? I had a somewhat large one removed 9 months ago and an ultrasound shows that I have more irregularities in my uterus again and I’ll need to have them removed before an embryo transfer is done. (My husband shares his CZcams video login with me :-). Thank you.

Thank you Doctor for the information. I have low vitamin D and so as my husband, we live in Austria so we need to take it additionally and we just had a miscarriage and we think it might be also related to that.
