I will be 46 in August. I have an IUD that also needs to be replaced in August and over the last week or maybe 2 my labedo has been off the rails so much so that at one point my husband who feeds off my energy actually asked while holding the IUD sting if I wanted him to pull it... We did decide no after much agonizing over it. But it has been about a week since this all kicked off noticeable. I am so confused with all the hormones I am feeling from the IUD finally hitting the end of its life (due to be replaced in August).and so many other clues that could be early implantation signs, could be symptoms of any one of or combination of 7 medical or mental health disorders I have been diagnosed with as far back as age 5. I am just so confused between did the IUD fail, do I need an emergency procedure to remove it if it did? Am I just experiencing my natural cycle fiering back up after 10 years of not having one? Is it all psychosomatic with this overwhelming urge to have another baby? Are the cramps, thoughts, feelings, overall sensations related to something totally different based on the treatment options of the other disorders? I just have no idea what to feel or expects. I am so scared and excited at the same time. I feel like the 2 week clock is going to kill me, especially since the only really definitive day I have to go on was last Monday and I have no idea when I would have ovulated with the IUD because I got so used to not having a cycle. Okay question: I experienced what you classified a implantation bleeding I want to say this past Wednesday. I have an IUD so I have not had a trackable cycle for the last 10 years so I could not say for sure when I would have ovulated based on the fact that the IUD hormone aspect is starting to fail as it needs to be replaced in August. That being said Middle of last week I started noticing Several things that could be associated with ovulation but could also be associated with several other mental and physical health issues I deal with daily. By this past monday I was having crazy dreams, waking up with a libedo I have not experienced in over 10 years, just crazy "i want to have a baby" drives... So this brings me to Wednesday with the light, very watery, almost salmon color tented "spotting, that stopped by that night. Question is on one of our "attempts", of several over the last 3 days by this point, we did get a bit more rough than usual. Could the "spotting" be from vaginal trauma in the form of small cuts- or is implantation bleeding, like a period, completely unique from micro cuts from overly aggressive sex?

I had a 9cm dermoid cyst. Didn’t know I had one unlit I woke up one day with a dull unbearable pain and discomfort. Ended up in the ER because I could not sleep and barely walk from the pain. Found out it was a dermoid cyst that had teeth and hair and ended up getting the cyst and ovary removed. I have been in birth control (the pill) for a few years and have had normal ish periods. With getting a cyst removed are there hormone imbalances? And if so how can you balance the hormones?
