I just finished my first round of IVF in Belgium (unfortunately, I just got news today that my hcg levels dropped, so it will be a chemical pregnancy), but listening to this video is overwhelming. The medication procedure that I had here was infinitely simpler than what it sounds like I would have to go through in the states. Same basic steps, but far less opportunity to mess things up.
Good luck to all those starting out or continuing on this journey. It’s definitely not always easy, but in the end, hopefully it’s worth it. ❤

Hi Doc. Came across your video when I was searching for IVF. I recently started my IVF. I had my egg retrieval on May 5 and after a week I had my period. This period was worst of anything that I ever had with cramps that I never experienced before. I have been bleeding for straight 16 days. 12 days being quite heavy and other 4 days lighter compare to the 12 days. As this moment I am very scared what do you think I should do?Ps I was prescribed tranexamic acid for 5 days but bleeding didn’t stop.

Hi Doc, very glad to have found your channel. Really valuable information ❤
I live in the UK, I got pregnant in 2019 but the fetus was diagnosed with Down syndrome, had to let it go. Trying to conceive ever since. Also found my partner got low sperm count. Now in a waitlist for IVF, still don’t want to lose hope, trying all our chances to conceive naturally! What’s your take on fertility cups?

Speaking as a patient, not a doctor, stims were not bad for me at all. Sorry for the TMI, but the effect in was least prepared for was constipation. Stock up on MiraLax and start taking it as soon as you notice your bathroom habits slowing down
