It can take anywhere from a couple months to a year for your body to return to normal after taking those things.
I just got mine out and my OBGYN said you can get pregnant as soon as the next cycle, and it doesn’t effect fertility after it’s out. I know two people who got pregnant working two months of having it out. Each person is different

My cycles are different each month. One month they may be 30 days apart, the next 28 days apart, etc. Is that still a "regular" cycle?

Just because I was fat, literally. I said “cuz I’m fat?” And she said “well, it is related” 😐😐😐
I was not taken seriously. Trying for a year and a half and nothing and the doctor wouldn’t even listen to me and was very judgemental. Like all my issues come from being fat, not maybe I have PCOS and have infertility issues etc from it.

Basically, I went in bc my periods have been very inconsistent since I was about 16. I’d be 40 days late (so like my cycles would last over a hundred days) and this only got worse. I gained 50 lbs, my periods got worse. I have hair on my stomach and just in weird places, my grandma and mom have PCOS and were diagnosed but I’ve never been diagnosed (yet, I’m 99% positive I have PCOS). In 2020 I had only 3 periods, not because I’d have a normal period and it would not show back up for months, but because I literally was on my period for a majority of the year. From February 13th to august 1st I was on my period. HEAVY. Unhealthily heavy, too. And then at the end of the year from December to the beginning of this year I was on my period for a month straight, but since I was 16 or so my periods were 40-70 days late and then I’d bleed for 2 or 3 weeks straight. So I finally got the courage to go into a gynecologist and she completely disregarded all of that information because I was fat and just told me I should get blood work done bc I’m probably pre-diabetic and being fat and pre diabetic is related 😞

You mentioning BMI is upsetting. My expectations are that a younger doctor like yourself would not use such antiquated ways to measure healthy weight. I currently have a BMI of 28.12 which puts me in the “overweight” category, but I wear a size 10 (Australian) pant and small to medium in tops.
