Getting closer. This time I spend the time breaking down the oil pumps to confirm they are in working order and ensuring they are properly primed and ready to go. If you're looking to understand how two stroke oil pumps work and how to troubleshoot on some of the old ATVs this video should be helpful.
Jump to 17:43 to get to the oil pump work.
These quads keep throwing surprises but I'm a little closer to first start every time.

Been waiting for an update on these! It should have definitely started on 100 psi. I've started one on 90. Had to smile when I heard RTV 😂 Thanks for the video!
Trying to get RTV in my head :). I have another thought on why it didn't fire as well that will come in the next video. (There was a lot of oil pooled in the bottom end.) I'm still working on them.
line coming from the oil tank fitting ( in first post). 3/16? Pump rubber line size? to cylinder cc fitting.
Is the from coming from the oil tank 3/16 I.D?
See your using blue urethane hose.
Is the rubber oil feed line going from the pump to check valve fitting to C.C. Is it 3/16 I.D hose?
Think on next video you were using the blue urethane hose instead of rubber black hose to see if pump was putting flow.
