Every time I shave it looks like iv just came out of a world war
I get the biggest RASH when I pay $3 to $5 for a cartridge. A single razor blade is from 11 cents to 20 cents and lasts as long or longer.
I noticed the most sensitive part of my face is not my neck but my upper lip, where my mustache grows, thats the part of my face that gets easily irritated.

In my personal opinion based on my own experience the right procedure is: use a preshave like proraso, use a good shaving soap or cream with shaving brush, use a de razor with a good blade
Although we recommend using a multi-blade Gillette razor, we encourage you to use what makes you comfortable. Happy shaving!

1:20 I still shave with and against the grain for a close shave.
Blades shouldn't have to cost $4 each...when they're on sale. Come on Gillette.

Ironically enough, my neck isn't very sensitive at all(I have very sensitive skin) it's my chin and cheeks that become inflamed very easily.
I know what you mean I'm the same I get a great shave on my neck but my cheeks flare up easily.

My neck is not sensitive for me, but my mustache in my upper lip, my upper lip is always my problem area. It's the most sensitive place when I shave because of the thickness of the mustache. I always get nicks and cuts and the razor tends to pull and tug on the hair there. I usually shave my upper lip, my mustache last so I can let the shaving cream soak in to soften the mustache.
