I just received my Gevi GrindMaster 03/2024. I’m new to this level of grinding for my coffee, I’ve not used a burr grinder before (except for bulk grinding in the store, which I rarely did b/c I want fresh ground coffee, but I didn’t realize how much I was sacrificing the quality of my coffee using…other methods.). And I’ve hit the sweet spot accidentally when grinding my coffee at home previous…once. That prompted me to finally get a proper grinder, which coincided with the Gevi GrindMaster campaign.
Your video is the best review of this grinder (unboxing) I’ve found yet, thank you! You help with some of my questions being new to this level of a grinder. I figured get the best (I can afford) the first time with changeable burrs then I don’t have to look for another. Especially the information on swapping out the burrs and the adjustment, I really appreciate it. Now I just need to find some information on what settings I should start with (grind setting & RPM) for various coffee brewing methods as I learn this craft.

@@vukasinnesovic4644 As mentioned in the video, it has the best Plasma generator so far, so you don't have to worry about that. They are also planning on offering silicone blower for that 0.1g to 0.2g
As for posting, as long as no compromises are being made in quality, we would say it is worth the wait 👌☕️🤍
@@ourcoffeeshelter I'm not talking about retention in the final part of the grinder. I saw some initial reviews where unground bean and some extra coffee was in the chamber before the plasma generator. That's why I thought some gravity could help.
they can make the color highlight interchangeable, and sell many more, but need to engineer for no vibration.
What do you think of the pre-breaker/auger design? Is it likely to generate a lot of retention/exhange?
Would say it is generating retention, but there might a room for some retention there, it is not 100% zero retention in the inside 🤍☕️
there is no such thing as Turkish coffee. It was introduced to Turkey from Yemen, and that is what it is, Arabic grind coffee.They use a rotary grinder, and it is so fine it is part of the coffee with high TDS. Nice review, considering this over Mignon Specialti, as the grind setting is poor to change and repeat back.

There is no such thing as Turkish coffee. It is Arabic coffee, and the grind is used by Arabs as well as persians, and others in that region. Turky popularized it. NOT made it.
