    I've been playing with home made Gada and Mace for nearly a decade now. I have only just bought a couple of proper professional Mace and am shocked at how good they are!
    If you don't yet own one, drop some cash on a nice new Mace. It'll make your life better 🤘

    Excellent content. I'm in my early 50's and in a sedentary job, although I was in construction when I was young. I want to get back into shape, and for the first time I see a form of exercise that DRAWS me. I'm getting my first mace next month. Keep up the great and inspiring work! Thank you!

    Hey Coach Vaughn I’m a new subscriber to your channel but just want to let you know you are providing a ton of value here my man! Your content is awesome and much appreciated. I got a 25lb mace and bit off a little more than I could chew but I’m doing the workouts I can to build my strength up. Trying to find a good 15lb to do 360s and stuff.

    I really enjoy your steel mace routines and thank you for taking the time to put them out.
    In the description you also list back step uppercuts in the routine but do not show in the video. Do you have a clip of your take on these? I'm pretty sure I know the move but would love to see yours!
    Also, do you recommend your routines as strict sets or super sets? Does it even matter or maybe mix it up?

      Thanks Jared, sorry that was a typo because I copied and pasted from the Part 1 beginner steel mace workout and then filled in this workout. So the back step uppercuts are in the first video: czcams.com/video/O1aWMyqx4e0/video.html.
      On the sets, you can do either or. I program both in my ebooks on my website (coachvaughn.net). I keep strict sets for beginners and then maybe superset with different exercises if you're more advanced maintaining quality of movement.

    Cool. Just found your channel. How heavy a mace are you using in this video?

    • @CoachVikingVaughn
      @CoachVikingVaughn  Před 22 dny

      Welcome to the channel. I’m using a 40lb steel mace in this video, but recommend beginners shouldn’t go any heavier than 10-15lb when first starting.

    Is this a reps/sets structure for each movement, or for time? If the former, can you suggest #s, please, 10x3, etc.?
