I absolutely love your truck Casey. I’m 15 and we’ve been looking for trucks. You think Chevy is the way to go?
Costco Haul please!!!
For sureeee
If you forget your quarter, the cashiers will lend you one, just make sure to return it to them afterwards!
Hey Casey, do you use the PBFit peanut butter powder when cutting? Or is this a bulking item?
These are legitimately the best types of videos, short and concise information about a topic that’s typically difficult for the average person to begin starting. Very high quality content with no BS
Thanks so much! Really means a lot
Bro exactly !! These informative videos are what the fitness industry needs more of. REAL people doing/explaining exactly what they do, how they do it, and why they do it.
@@vizualwarrior129 full day of eating coming this week!
Finally! A fitness, instructor , that understands most people can't afford organic, everything, cage free eggs, fresh salmon, steak, etc.
Double spaced why ?
Organic it’s just harder to find it’s not that much more expensive and if you cut out the bad things in your life , it evens out . Your body and life is worth it …
@@justinpeck2217 whatever, my parents lived to be in their 80s and never ate , anything organic, or drank bottled 💦 water in their lives! I already eat healthfully, and stay fit, by staying activle, and eating a healthful diet.
@@alexrossi4464 yea but certain things in non-organic food can cause ailments that your parents probably dealt with they just never talked about. It’s a game of cards man that’s why everyone is so different…. Just like anything you put in your body everyone reacts different, just like recreational drugs alcohol or cannabis…. Everyone has different outcomes, but still better to not intake as much.
So you can keep telling yourself that eating non-organic is OK, because in some people it might be! And some people might notice little things in their health that’s stems from what your eating ….
@@alexrossi4464 my grandma eats like crap and smokes cigarettes and is 82 years old and drinks brandy so yes . But her quality of life is not the greatest! Could be better if she ate and exercised correctly. And quit smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
Homie nailed it, Aldi is the GOAT
i prefer kroger but they both probably the same
Kroger is more expensive @@Aguynearu
@@Aguynearu nah I used to shop at Kroger, but Aldi is definitely cheaper.
We have neither near us. Options are FredMeyer, Target, Walmart, or Grocery Outlet.
Greek yogurt is a life saver. I get the zero fat kind and mix in a packet of ranch seasoning and boom. High protein ranch dip
trying later
Now I’m intrigued
Cool thanks for sharing Cory
Bada'bing bada'boom. Thanks Bob.
Cory DelaMinguez crossover ep
As soon as you said fruit is okay to eat, I knew I could trust this video
I like how this is not just low calorie foods that are unhealthy for you but actually food that would benefit your health and nutrition in addition to it being lower calorie
Depends, on the bulking the high calories foods are the goat
Oats are bad and so is broccoli…. Do some research and you will see . Broccoli as a nutrient blocker and oats have phytic acid .
The way you can take something rather complicated and overwhelming for the beginner, and lay it out so simply, is remarkable. Thank you so much for what you do bro, and please keep it up. Much love
Love this one fr man, great value once again Casey
This is great! Thank you for sharing. Just made my grocery list a lot simpler. You also added a nice common sense approach to thinking through diet/sugar free sodas. Appreciate you!

I want everyone to see videos like this. Tired of people complaining about how eating right is expensive 🙄
Great video. Also as a British person who works for Aldi and has only ever known Aldi in the way it is, its hilarious and brilliant seeing Americans react to Aldi haha. truly the GOAT of grocery retail!
I work extra on Saturdays just so I can watch Casey’s videos on break!
This is actually super helpful. Thanks for the info.

Just subscribed, great video bro!
That man killing itttttt
Informative video and straight to the point.
This video was very helpful! As a powerlifter with IBS, finding a budget-friendly nutritious food can be challenging. I am going to check out Aldi this weekend!
Definitely my type of guy. And love the foods you bought
This was very helpful, thank you, Body Builder 💗
Love your videos!! Keep up the grind!! Also how do you make your homemade tortilla chips? I would love to cook them myself
Excellent video!!! Subscribed!
And people still thinking eating out is cheaper
Because they think every meal needs to have 45 ingredients
They're just too lazy to prepare the meals
Thank you, Casey. I discovered Aldi in the USA bc of you, man. God bless!
U gotta try the g Hughes stir fry sauce I’ve tried all of em and this one the best one fr
This is awesome for me since my apartment at school is right next to Aldi’s
It was my go to in college!
I started my weight loss journey again. Honestly I would spend more than $100+ eating out every day. I had lost 30 pounds last year June-December 2023. But I let myself go again. This time I’m gonna do it the right way and eat healthy, thanks for this video
Good video brother sound like a very sound and kind hearted person. Keep it up!
Thanks so much!
$60 Aldi $25 Walmart!! And the sauces are goated fssss
Ahhh I was close
pro tip, if you put those almonds in a high speed blender they tun into almond butter after about 15 mins. I buy almonds and peanuts/ any other nut in bulk and make it myself, saves me quite a bit since my husband and I go through like 2 jars a week.
dude I loved this… and I met you with this vid and u seem like a nice dude
Excited for this one for sure
Hope you enjoyed!
Just came across this. Great video gonna use this
Totally more than a week... good show ✌️
nice vid gang!
Great haul! Keep it basic and consistant.
This is great cause both these store are next to each right next to my house
I’ve been doing this for the last 5 years so beneficial to my fitness and financial goals. Especially as a competitor ! WAY TO SAVE
Hey Casey! Can you do a video where you are making them? Like tips how to make them good and showing macros. I would really love to see that. :D
Full day of eating coming tomorrow at 11am!
Haulingtonnnnn🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for making it over!
Awesome vid Casey, are still going to make a day in the life/ workout vid this week?
Currently only 1/week. Every Saturday at 11am!
Aldi is a life saving store my fav
Haulington‼️
Looking good Casey. What about for an older vegitarian what can you suggest. Any thoughts for a cut but health eating instead of the crap I eat.
I love his videos! and he’s so damn handsome ❤❤❤
Make sure you check the ingredients on the Aldi tortillas. At my store they have like 15 ingredients, for CORN tortillas. Trader Joe’s are just corn and salt though, if anyone has them nearby.
Hey Casey, I know you’re on a specific plan for that week but do you usually eat eggs, cheese and butter or does that mess with your IBS?
2:49 my man was having none of your IBS story. LOL
My mother is 92. She has to have her Aldi's oatmeal everyday!
can you show us some of the meals you’d make with these ingredients (like how would you use the beef, chicken, etc?)
I get the grassfed beef from Lidl here in the UK
Finally a video of someone not spreading misinformation. Well done!
Loving
You should try out the clear american sparkling waters. They taste amazing and I like them more than diet soda.
“You got me absolutely messed up” ☝️🤓
never realised the phenomena known as aldi reached the states :O great video im also going to write to aldi uk and ask why we dont have avocado pots here
I'm going to have to hit up Aldi to look for those Avocado cups. =o
Aldi is definitely my go to
For those peanut butter sandwich cravings with that almond butter, is it okay to have some without it considered being a bad fat? I know they suggest cutting bread to help with fat loss.
😄tricep popping 👍
Had NO IDEA Aldi was in the US, great place to shop!
Videos like these are very informative. I am the simple that goes to Sam’s Club, gets the 6lb or 10lb bags of frozen chicken, ground turkey/beef, all frozen vegetables and stock my freezer for weeks.
I just change up how i cook things like on a grill, in the over, air fryer, or in skillet to spice things up haha.
As far as breakfast goes. Just giant tubs of greek, lowfat yogurt, eggs and some oatmeal.
Im glad he is sharing knowledge that may help others shop.
bussin frfr no cap
Haulingtonnnn
Great video
ALDI is so goated
$87 is my guess, always love your vids and energy man
Holy shit I was so close lol
Aldi fr the goat, they have probably 90% of what I need and it's so cheap. Also little hack to get it even cheaper, wednesday mornings (at certain stores) they'll have meats marked 50% off (or some other discount) because that's the last day they can have them on shelves. As long as you buy and then immediately freeze (or cook) the meat, it's the exact same as if you bought any other day.
Didn’t know Wednesday mornings was the day for that. Thanks for the info 🫡
@@caseykellyfit ofc man! I'm in my own prep rn as well (about 3 weeks ahead of you show date wise) so it's fun seeing the similarities between our diets, shopping habits and physiques. Your cooking tips have helped me a ton throughout my prep so it's cool seeing that we also happen to eat a ton of the same foods as well. You've been crushing prep so far and I'm super excited to see your journey continue brotha ✊
What’s the go to meal with the beef? Just beef and rice?
I bulk buy my meat from a farmer( definitely way more expensive BUT 10x healthier than any meat you buy at a store.) and because I do that it helps me save on groceries due to the fact that meat tends to be the most expensive thing when it comes to groceries
great vid m8 maybe you know Coach Abby He says fats are good and told us to extra Not get the low fat greek Joghurt what are your thoughts bout that ?
What’s a substitute I can use instead of almonds or nuts I’m allergic.
Casey how much cardio do you do per week on a normal cut
