Your lettuce hack helped me a lot. Adding lettuce to your meals noticeably increases the volume of the meal as well as add diversity to the meal which helps to scarf down all that protein.

Well I tried the oatmeal with the almond butter, ryse cosmic brownie, and it was just too thick for me to eat personally, but I wanted to give your recipe a try. I used your code on a package of the Cosmic brownie, and I got the idea to add it to some smoothies I can make now. Being a big guy, I need more protein to keep my fuller, and eating less.

Just used your code Casey on an order of the “cosmic brownie” protein. I’m currently 474lbs, about to start back at the gym, and the major problem I had was lack of energy to ever go after a workout. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, so extra soreness, just a lot of hurdles, and I need something to give me extra boosts of energy ya know.
It’s all about consistency man. Just stay consistent and you’ll be amazed at what you can do

Don’t need it. It comes out exactly like ice cream
Hey just curious about the carb count with the rice? I got the jasmine rice from Aldi but it says a serving size is 1/4th cup which is 45g and that contains 36g of carbs, so if I wanted to use 160g of rice like you did in this video that would put me at over 130g of carbs from the rice.

Speaking for myself, how would you feed yourself if you could only get to the gym for 2 hours in the morning (8:30am till 10:30)? What your food routine be for that time of the morning, because im stuck in the middle in that I wake up & I just dont want to eat, no appetite yet, but I have to force a protein shake and/or bar down me so some protein but feel if I was able to get to the gym later in the day, would mean abke to put more fuel in me (carbs) Workout would be alot better
