She got pregnant by her first love at the age of 26, she was forced to give birth after being locked up in a room by her own mother and older sister, she then gave birth to her son and he was taken away immediately without her ever finding out where he was taken to, this happened in april '79 in Annaba, Algeria. That same year she was placed on a boat to Europe with zero money on her. Ended up with a woman who used her as a slave and got 'rescued' by my father who ended up abusing her until she got out, almost through dead. One time she almost left, ran away to a women shelter but ended up coming back because she was scared she couldn't do life on her own, she was never allowed out without his permission, he controlled her life, he controlled her mind.

If the person being abused don’t speak up or press charges, then it’s hard for someone from the outside to call the police. I have a friend that went to defend his sister from an abuser and ended up shot and killed. The man got out a year later. His sister never reported abuse throughout their relationship. So I think it’s good at times to mind your own business. And none of her family is speaking out. So who are we on the outside to make such a big deal.
