There are only 2 photos of Harry - but I don't see Prince William in either of them.
The photo used is from the Diana concert held in 2007 both William and Harry organized that concert. While the lawsuit filed by the producer was based on events that happened from 2021 to 2023. Here Harry was named as one of the celebrities attending Diddy's party.

I hope this is a wake up call for men’s SA. My boyfriend was SA’d as a teenager and when he expressed his emotions he was told he was homophobic. Men are so much less likely to report it than women because they feel so much shame about it.
