Malayalis - please don’t waste time watching these vloggers as you are just letting them make money out of your time. She has no technical knowledge on anything to do with real estate. Just keep on blabbering saying quality material, quality material etc. Anyone with eyes can figure it out. You need people with qualifications who can explain and research into all the aspects of a property both from the point of buyer and seller to do such business. Any random person cannot do it.
