Hey buddy, I think you got some water forced up your nose when you went on the tube slides and now have a sinus infection.
You are right the water slide may have been the culprit. An infection of some kind...bug bite or sinus infection for sure.
Hey Kyle loved your series on the Allure! I really like that ship as well! Will you be sailing on Utopia this summer? Trying to convince my hubby to go in August or October. Prices are not bad for balcony rooms.
I totally agree with you about traveling solo. I'm 74 and have been traveling solo for so many years but just in the .US. I've driven cross company by myself back-and-forth.About ten times and live in an r v full time working remote for about a year driving from east coast to west coast. I want to start taking some solo cruises. My only problem.
Is I'm starting to have problems with a knee?So i'm not sure about walking long long distances. I like in nassau how they have the little shops on port side but also am wondering about taking a taxi in Nassau. Would love at that point to have a running buddy with me. Hopefully, I'll meet somebody on the ship.That's also traveling, so alone.Wants to share a taxi and scope out Nassau together! People used to always ask me aren't you afraid traveling alone. NO... They finally stopped asking me after so many years😅

You and Jojo never check the room and bed for bedbugs. That is the 1st thing you do when you get into your room. NEVER NEVER NEVER JUST GET INTO THAT BED. CHECK FOR BEDBUGS

Hi, did it settle down? I’m thinking it could have been cellulitis as I’ve had this in my nose, a serious if not treated skin infection after a bite or something.

I don’t understand why people are so against sitting with strangers on cruises. I have met so many nice people who were table mates and have ended up going on excursions with them and keeping in touch after the cruise.
Because some people are introverts and some may possibly be neuro divergent and not want to be forced to talk to strangers.
I work remote I talk to everyone when we are out. Just enjoy life

I have met so many nice people over the 20+ years of cruising, but sometimes it can be exhausting at dinner if you are tired from an excursion, an active day, or whatever the reason. We have been seated with people at dinner who complained about every little thing the entire time and it was draining. I have lots of interesting examples like this over the years, but that being said, we have met some really great people on the cruise ship and on excursions! 😊

Those flex hoses do not last I purchased one and it didn't last a year what a shame I really liked the hose.

I would have liked to see what kind of merch they have on each ship, even if you didn’t buy any of it. We are going on the allure in July and would like to know what kind of shirt styles and other ship themed items they have. Glad you liked the ship. I was worried since there is no slides, but we are doing Atlantis and perfect day waterpark

I agree with Kyle. I was on this cruise on Super Bowl Weekend and was not impressed with the merch but they had a lot of shirts that were on clearance. Maybe they are clearing out stock for new stuff.
Heres a thought. Ask your very Handy Handyman Dad to help you make a list of things you will need for the house suche as a good hose, inside tools, outside tools for the yard, etc. Make an afternoon of it with Casey and go to Home Depot if you have one or similar big Home store and get the things you need. Don't cheap out on stuff. Casey will find stuff there she will like as well. They are fun stores for Men and Woman. This way you can see exactly what you are buying and not wasting time returning crap. Go have lunch first and shop on. Owning a new home is full of adventure and purchases.
This was a nice series. It looks like a beautiful ship, but I would need a handicap room and you made it home. We almost saw Casey good job Kyle oh and by the way they started to remove cabins from Fort wilderness.

Sorry for your sinus infection. However, if you intend to stay in the vlogging business on cruises - the viewers expect a bit more than looking at your nose from all angles. There is more to not only cruises but to life in general than your neighbor's dripping nose.
Worried about the nose situation Kyle, you don’t wanna mess with infections on your sinuses even if caused by irritation or a bug bite, I would go get this checked out to make sure you do not need some type of topical or oral antibiotic etc.
100% agree, I had a bite turned into a staph infection. It wasn’t fun! 😖

Last year I ordered steel hoses from Amazon. I love them. They are kink proof. Resistant to knots and tangles and wrap up really easily.

Go to Costco and get the Kevlar expandable hose. Great product and doesn't take up much room.

Medical things shouldn't embarass you. Considering all your "antics:...that certainly shouldn't embarass you. I agree you had a bug bite. I had a mosquito bite on my eyelid that swelled up my whole eye area. Maybe try an urgent care.

When your nose is stuffy for any reason DON’T SNIFF! It just forces whatever the problem is further into your sinuses. Which gets stuffy and painful. Sometimes causing very painful sinus infections. Can’t breathe through your nose? Breathe through your mouth. It’s bigger, more air can get through. Wipe your nose, gently blow your nose, DON’T SNIFF! Also very irritating for others to listen to and watch. But your pain should be your first concern. 🤥
I know we are a couple days behind but I recommend getting an expandable hose, they are super light and take up less space. Hope you are feeling better!

Sounds like a spider bite. I was never bit on my nose but on my arm and leg. I am very allergic to insect bites. A bee sting on my foot was so painful I needed an antihistamine shot! I am terrified of spiders and wasps.

Why are you ordering a hose online. You can actually buy at several stores, Home Depot, Lowe's, ect., and see and touch in person. I love you but sometimes you confuse me! 😊
Ooph, that sucks about the nose! I had a similar thing happen to me, only it was a bloody nose. I had just sat down for dinner at Takumi Tei (yes, the uber fancy $250/person restaurant in Epcot), and felt something tickle my upper lip, so went to scratch it only to find my fingers covered in blood! The waitress had just come over to explain the menu to me and looked absolutely horrified that my nose was gushing blood all over the table. I have never been so embarrassed! Fortunately, I was at a table in the corner so besides my waitress I don’t believe anyone else saw, and it did stop really quickly, but I still felt horrible that it even happened.

Ok but with you sniffing in hard like that don’t you know you can give yourself a sinus infection? You need to start blowing out not in, a infection in the nose lining usually infects one nostril that causes nose bleeds , you should not sniff in hard for the next 8-12 hours especially. Hope this helps you in the future don’t sniff in hard 😂

As someone who has allergic reactions to bug bites frequently, this could be what happened to you. I'd recommend saline nasal solution and also take a benadryl 🤗.

I know its Friday when I write this and last Monday is this Vlog...but you should get some Allegra. You don't have to be considered having allergies or not to take this time to time. It works amazing to dry all that up and help the watery eyes. You can even get a pack of six just to give it a try.
The last day of the cruise 🚢 is the worst the trip always sad to end the trip so soon but that means to go another one soon 😂

I personally feel it might have been a spider bite. They can make your skin melt depending on the type and your allergies to them. I have issues with them myself. I wouldn’t say bedbugs unless you had welts on other areas of your body in the next couple days. Dengue is also in the Bahamas now so it may be worth it to just see your doc in case. They may give you antibiotics
Go to a clinic or dr please, all they will do it look inside your nose for peace if mind.
