  • Week 6 of Sword workout. This week the workout is about breath control, and deep breathing. Trying to use all your lung capacity by filling your body with air by doing deep counting breaths.
    Go at your own pace and listen to your body. If something is painful stop doing it. If you haven't worked out in awhile or are not use to physical conditioning, you should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program,and understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in any physical activity.
