She demonstrates crisp movements and strong stances. She also has a decent understanding. I offer a few critiques I saw. Please bear in mind that I specialize with Katana, Wakazashi, and Tanto exclusively. Ma'am, your edge alignment seems to twist on your follow-through. Even in basic strikes, it is better to lead blade first. Please do not waste energy on flourishes of anykind like unnecessary wrist spinning. Our way, the Kung Fu and Bushido way, is too kill as soon as possible. Also, an idea for future videos, why not demonstrate how to smoothly transition from slash to thrust in an opposite direction. This is a great way to get under armor or any obstruction an opponent may be wearing. Keep up the good content. Looking forward to part 2.

Good form and beautifully executed movements and technique.. it’s good for recreational use and tbh if a situation permitted its use being able to apply this in a self protection situation couldnt save your life and deal with the threat. Movies, games, and videos definitely need the flashy movements however irl it means nothing when you get stabbed and completely run through. Learning iaido or a modern form of kenjutsu for armor battle sims or just recreation has been really fun..

@@lionic2136 I meant to say couldnt, this is likely one of my sleepy comments. Its definitely a better idea to not do flashy bs, however the possibility of still dealing with a threat in real combat is there it just dwindles as you face stronger opponenets in our little imagined scenario here. What was did in the vid for the sake of it is still beutiful with a hastag like "GingerNinjaTrickster" you should not be taking this seriously.
