Nothing beats stealing stuff from NPCs and then selling said stuff back to them.
Lol
I do that in games where its cheaper to buy them than it is to sell them;)
The bits with Dave the NPC are HILARIOUS!! "Can you help me with my sheep though?" Lmao
nope thx
Nah maybe after i defeat the wild hunt a lot of vapires get gear so powerful that if im gonna batle the wild hunt again its gonna be a 1 sec foght and trick the devil maybe only them you will get ur ship back oh and also give me all ur money in exchange for 9 draugr brains and 24 salt cuz i aint into alchemy yet ;))
Going back to the blacksmith you could also add that they'd be sick to death of protags picking up a hammer and then half an hour later have mastered a craft they'd spent their whole lives on
Tassy Josh Beginners luck?
Skyrim's got talent😎
Alvor: Here's how to make an iron dagger
*A couple days later*
Alvor: Is that... a legendary grade dragon bone sword and shield? .... with matching armour.
Said Blacksmith could make a nice business selling Iron Daggers though :-) Maybe for throwing knives :-)
they patched that so it a bit harder to lv up blacksmithing, but yeah considering the npc does it for a job yet the mc can master it and literally anything else must annoy them
You guys are amazing, so many other channels try and fail to be funny! It just seems effortless for you lot, daves reactions when you were piling all that “loot” on him was priceless!! My absolute favourite channel for anything PlayStation. Love you guys and gals 💓
Peter Hewitt it is true though channels like watch mojo try but aren't funny
Even I am more funny
And I will say my jokes aren't tasty
The only two NPCs in Skyrim I deliberately decided to kill were Nazeem and the preacher.
If she didn't have kid invulnerability, Braith would have been a fair target too lol!
Aw but the preacher man has it tough. His house gets blown up in the seige of Whiterun and he becomes homeless.
I’ll kill the preacher if I had choose the imperial side of the civil war
Nazeem deserved it
Not Erikur?!
Preston Garvey - The revenge of the NPCs
Wow, Dan looks fabulous :D
Ivory Moonchild Art Danzling
He looks Dantastic
What about Rob? His jacket is amazing!
That’s true but Dan absolutely nailed it :D and don’t you think they all look amazing all the time? :D
I love the Skyrim memes that show the Dragonborn do a quick save right before the slaughter!
That first entry made it more clear than ever that Rob is indeed a video game sociopath of the highest magnitude. Something tells me that when Delsin Rodent and Gary Fist finally follow through on their revenge, Rob will simply cut them up with a pair of scissors and say:
"It's alright, they're puppets. They have no more sense of self-awareness than your average video game NPC. It's not 'murder', I'm just disposing of a couple of old toys I no longer wish to use."
Meanwhile, the rest of us will look on in horror at the sheer depravity of Rob's actions, completely speechless.
I noticed that the saddest are the NPCs you meet at the end of the game. They ask you the same thing as the early ones (please find my lost son's key chain heirloom device in the deep, cursed bog hole) but while early NPC only has to pay 5 copper and some used socks (+1 cold resist) the end game NPC has to pay 500 gold and his enchanted daemonic power armor. AND they are more likely to be interrupted mid sen
So Rob, you must be a real life npc to do a list video each week for so long :)
Yes? Hullo
Yes? Hullo
Yes? Hullo
deni sherlock Yes? Hullo
The amount of times i do circles around NPCs in a scene when their talking, or when I'm following them must be frustrating lol. I'd probably get punched If i did it in real life! :D
Subhan Ahmed Haye crouching and jumping in front of them is pretty fun too.
I'm horrible with eye contact in Skyrim. Every time we're in a conversation I am turning the camera to look somewhere other than the speaking NPC.
Or me yelling at them to go faster, like in the beginning of re7 when you can't get past Mia when she is leading you to a hidden doorway that isn't there anymore.
I wonder if GTA residents have “wasted” screens
“Honey you want Cluck n bell?”
“Sure?”
“Ok what would you li.... *wasted* “
“Kids daddy’s gonna be home late his car got blown up again”
I love a rainy night.
I have to admit. Mount Chiliad was the best for NPC deaths... I just have spent hours trawling cars and even 18 wheelers up there by tow truck. Pure murderous bliss.
Just wait until the NPCs become self-aware.
I think Ray Bradbury told us 50 years or so ago how that works out. Not pretty. :)
I mean, who doesn't like to quicksave and then go on a rampage because they've finally maxed their armor stats and are essentially indestructible?
Yeah that happened usually after a accidental murder with a powerful hit
Lol like that moment in Skyrim where you want to max out the werewolf or vampire tree and you HAVE to kill everyone in the city to do it lol
I looted every house I entered in The Witcher 3. I didn't know it was wrong until the guards attacked me for stealing in public.
Yeah me too. I thought it was allowed until I did it in Novigrad and was attacked.
Even knowing it was just a sketch, I felt legitimately bad for dave. I'll help you find your fluffy!
The Who Wants To Be A Quest Giver Skit was great, I love it when there's lil creative bits like that in your Friday features 😊😊
Alex Oxley there's always brits in the Friday features. The whole team is British.
So what happens when Rob runs out of list ideas? I mean do we get a new Rob or does this one get rebooted?
The moment you have an idea is the same moment you run out of ideas. I have that moment once a week. That's how this works -Rob
They can always do a gritty reboot.
ONEWAYLEEWAY They swipe his memory and start over😉
Install Windows update
PlayStation Access you've definitely one of those jobs that seems fun and easy on the surface, but is actually quite demanding based on experience, intelligence, and creativity, not to mention perceived expectations of living up to past work. But once again, you manage to pull it off, especially as your skit with Dave puts it over the top! Always entertaining.
Rob , the most wanted man in Skyrim.
Isn't it Robinius Targaryen?
Rob may be the most wanted man in Skyrim, but who is the most wanted person in the GTA series :p Who has ever not killed the hookers afterword to get their money back...
@@bart797979 Roberys Targaryen
Undertale is a good example of subverting most of these:
#2 - Most one-line NPCs have at least a second line of dialogue, and sometimes a third (though they ultimately end up repeating _something_ nonetheless).
#3 - Early on a Froggit tells you how to skip dialogue ... then CALLS YOU ON IT if you do exactly that during his explanation.
#5 - You can _attempt_ to sell items, but (most) shopkeeps will just give you a snarky reply.
As for #6, I think most RPGs in general should be recording record how long you've been given a sidequest for and find ways to remind you about it. Maybe the NPC mentions how long it took you, maybe the quality of reward for completing it varies, etc.
There's a settlement that need you help, I've marked it on your map.
The useful npcs in Bloodborne must be tired of being attacked just because everyone else tried to kill you so why risk it.
NPC pretending they don't know us when we start a new game after finishing the game
You guys are the best on CZcams! Each winter, I have a run through all of your Friday features. They're just so heartwarming
it's friday already?? woah! ❤️
And speaking of "woahs" - Future Tense was released today ! :)
Your sketches are getting better and better. They're approaching Door Monster levels. Please keep it up, you're amazing.
This one of my absolute favorite Friday Features in a good while. Fantastic list as always Rob!
Man, that last one, though.
The skits in this one were excellent! More of this please!
OMG, the hero panel! Those costumes were absolutely brilliant! I especially loved that you even roped Dan into it. Dan in that wig😂😂😂. Things like this are why I love this channel so much. You are all just so much fun to hang out with. Friday features are always good but this one might be my all time favorite. Snapped a picture of you three in those outfits. You shall be immortalized forever as my favorite wallpaper. Love you guys!
Poor storekeep Dave... Any chances you found the sheep or you gave it back as lamb chops?
i remember a "find sheep" sidequest in the game Armed and Dangerous, it was found but it had bombs strapped to it, which went off; the player character was then forced by his teammates to dress in the wool of the dead sheep and pretend to be the sheep; turns out the NPC REALLY LOVED HIS SHEEP; less than a minute later the MC came screaming out from behind the NPC's house, with implications of sexual assault being hinted at with the state of his clothes

"Something that really must grate with NPCS, and that is, they do the same thing, day in, day out, forever."
Me: is that like, a personal attack or something?
About having every bit of dialogue with NPCs, there's the "pls dont touch that button" in Mass Effect series... its a bit of NPC revenge lol
Love the skits and the voice over at the end with the blacksmith lol.
I love your bit with the shop keeper. Great stuff.
Best Friday Feature in a long time. The shopkeeper skit made me and my wife giggle
Please keep these coming. Highlight of the week. And still funny. Well in lads 👍🏻
Brilliant, laughed for ages on the skit. But guys....come on, did you find Dave's sheep or us his sidequest forever doomed to be left at the bottom of the list???? I if I remember the merchant from Resi 4 was very happy to sell his stuff and even more so when buying your tat haha. Keep it up guys forever a fan!!
When I saw the title I was unsure. But after watching it: really smart concept. I liked it!!! Keep it up!
Hilarious episode! The beginning had me in tears already
Sleeping Dogs throw a random NPC into the trunk of your car, drive somewhere quiet and set it on fire.
Yeah I should probably see someone 😄
The sequence about selling useless stuff to the merchants was so very funny. Nice work there.
Loved this NPC episode :) Where is that interesting background behind Dave at 7:20 from?
"Check with Nathan's Emporium... " Ha! Loved your shopkeeper skit!
A lot of effort put into this one. Brilliant skits! Haha. Also love the edits for entry 7.
So...does anyone think they're going to change their ways...treat the NPC's as you would REAL people? No? Of course not.
Rob, you must really hold something against Nazeem what has he ever done to you? You did that in "7 times we played games in ways we weren't supposed to" too lol
James Rob has clearly never been to the cloud district.
Have a great weekend Access Team!!!
NeoNinjaX87 love your profile picture ❤❤ joker ftw 😍😍❤
Nasser Almulaifi thanks!!! If you know of any hearts that need stealing, let me know!! 😂😂
NeoNinjaX87 yeah there is that guy who said p5 is not a goty material, his name is George 😂😂😋😋
Dave the NPC needs to become a recurring character, constantly wanting help with his sheep while Rob just ignores him
Excellent video Rob
You guys cracked me up this week! Loved the skit! XD
l thought these were supposed to be done every Friday, lately Rob you have been a bit tardy about them.
l really enjoy them very funny and at times informative most of all l look forward to seeing them after a rough week, so please Rob give us more and on time too!
this has become my one of the best Friday Features video ever!
Bravo PlayStation Access Team👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 another hilarious Friday feature!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 You are awesome thanks so much!
Dave’s annoyed shopkeeper routine was pure class!
That skit at around 8 mins is legit one of the best bits you guys have ever done, laughing my backside off
This was a particularly good episode!
Those little skits are amazing!
I CAN'T HANDLE THE TRADERS SKIT WITH DAVID I'M CRYING "MY LOST SHEEP THOUGH" 🤣🤣🤣
That's a good video. The sketches are especially funny.
Nazeem: Do you get to the... GAHHH...
Me: *decapitating him with my modded sword*
Always excited for a new Friday feature!
Some great sketches in this one!
I have anxiety and depression issues and these features make me so much better. Thank you PlayStation Access team.
Can we please just stop for a minute and appreciate Rob's fantastic name in Skyrim. Roberys Targaryen.
Well done my man. Very well done.
I once stalked an NPC in Just Cause 2, the NPC was flying and then it casually exploded by flying carefree directly into a mountain.
I love all of you guys but you Rob are my favorite I hope to one day meet you in person God wills it keep the videos coming Rob you make my fridays complete
I love the NPC universe Rob has created. One where they don’t care about being murdered because they naturally get resurrected, but it drives them nuts that you won’t do them a favor or you keep asking them the same questions. Curiously skewed priorities
This was one of the best Friday Features for the shopkeeper bit alone.
When I was growing up in the 70s, there was a kids' TV game show where the three finalists each stood on a podium and for every quick fire question they answered, they had a prize pulled into their arms. There was always a cabbage, and whatever you didn't drop, you kept.
That was probably what led to Shopkeeper Dave Syndrome.
You could tell Dan was trying very hard to hold back the laughter during that skit haha
It happened throughout the series, but it was nice to see the NPCs of Mass Effect actually get promoted and change from game to game.
bwahaha, the thing with the merchant is pure gold! :D "I don't deal in fingers!"
That was a spot-on cosplay of Fenris from Dragon Age, Dan
Having a NPC follow you and you never getting them to their destination like picking them up in a vehicle like a taxi and driving around like you forgot where they wanted to go or just leaving them in the vehicle entirely.
I can hear those bowling pins sing „I get knocked down, but I get up again. You're never gonna keep me down!“
I played the original Syphon Filter for PS1 when I was a kid. One of the weapons you got was a taser. You could tase people until they lit on fire and died. Even after they died you could tase them as long as you wanted and watch them be on fire. I tased NPCs to death through an entire level.
chaotic evil
Great as always. Love RPGs and FF & HZD and almost every game you showed. But, and I'm so sorry Rob..I bought Skyrim back on day 1 for the PS3. Got to Whiterun.. got lost a while.. never went back. So, I got it for the Switch (sorry) instead of VR or PS4.. thinking "handheld will help me through" and it has, a bit..
I feel like something is wrong with me cuz it seems so gray and samey, so explorey and not enough story..
I liked Oblivion. But I'm having trouble pushing on in Skyrim. Maybe I should stick to the main quests? Maybe God of War has me feeling spoiled at the moment? I don't know. Like, everyone loves Skyrim. So, what's going on with me?
Geoff Baumgartner you have to actually play the game to get to anything good
7:03 OMG...*gaaaaaasp* I nearly died of laughter. That was bloody hilarious!
Ahhh Friday. Features carry me through the whole week.
I‘m starting to become emotionally invested in Fluffy the sheep.
Dave actually looks really good in a hat, someone should tell him.
Another one for the list I'd add is 'having to re-give the same quest over and over again because you abandoned it to make more room in the quest journal and couldn't be bothered just now'
There needs to be an entire new video series of just that shopkeeper interaction.
Best Friday Feature yet! Really enjoyed it!
I have said this before here and I'm going to say it again. I'm finally getting a PS4 again after 2 years. Can't wait for the day to come soon.
Got mine last summer and its been great catching up with all the exclusives!
Get the PS4 Pro! :D To have the best experience.
Nathan Williamson lol "the best experience" im dead.
What happened to the first one buds?
I know what you mean: I gave my old one to my friend, thinking I didn’t want to play it anymore as I have a child and too tired most of the time, but boy was I wrong. I got a new PS4 two days ago thanks to my partner and I was like a kid at Christmas, because games are one of the few things in the world that makes me happy lol
"point 7 about PCs advancing all the time"And yet guards are invariably more powerful than the PC without doing even the slightest bit of adventuring, that has got to be a form of vengeance for them.
DUDE when you said the bit about the Black Smith lamenting to the leveled up former nobody about the GLASS CEILING holding him back MY BROTHERS AND I DIED LAUGHING! YOU my good man are OFF THE HOOK!
This was really funny!😄😄😄
Love your videos🤗👍
"I work for Belethor, in the general goods store".
the shopkeeper bit is brilliant
That dead parrot has a beautiful plumage. It was probably pining for the fjords.
This friday feature was gold, I laughed a bit too much.
That shop keep bit had me laughing so hard. Never thought of it that way
I wouldn’t know what I would do without the weekly Friday feature. Thank you PSA!
Most of the time I do end up getting around to the side quests and they’re actually a lot of fun most of the time. I actually highly recommend doing them
Tied in with the last entry; when the protagonist becomes the master artisan of everything conceivable to learn.
Week 1: You know nothing; NPC 'I can teach you a thing or two.'
week 35: Master Blacksmith, Master Alchemist, Master Swordsman, Master Archer, Master Wordsmith, Master Thief; NPC '...'
