So many memories, almost cried. I miss the old me coming home after school to play these tracks. 0 pressure
Chill bruh
I feel the same
Me too.. we all miss the child version of ourselves , when things were easy , when you just need to play GT in your PlayStation after school !
I remember being in class and playing with my Hot wheels thinking i was in a GT race 🤣
Let's cry together GT family. I miss Trial Mountain.
You can buy ps5 and get GTSPORT and then Gt7 so you live your child moments again?
Trial Mountain should always be in any Gran Turismo game.
Trial mountain is amazing. Polyphony sure knows how to make a track.
Yup, it's like a mascot of a track
Sadly in GT7 they have changed a bit the track which makes it look a bit worse. For example when you get out of the tunnel the road is covered with lots of trees and then there is that sharp left turn. In GT7 as seen on the trailer, they removed the trees
Trial Mountain was like a Scotland track were there was a Loch Ness Monster here now it changed into USA of El Captian alike instead.
@@shokata9923 That's a good description 👍
Polyphony did such a god job, some of these circuits are better than what is on the current F1 calendar.
@Globy because of the extra tracks that aren't in the calendar
Stupid modern F1 Tracks ... better classical MotoGP Tracks, like Assen, Mugello, Misano ...
Facts. I kinda wanna see Lago Maggiore in real life
@@juliansmith-mclallen1784 Yeah It must be awesome if the realize in real life.
I'm sure Herman tilker did not design any of those tracks that's why its so much fun
I'd buy a whole-ass ps5 and gt7 just to drive on El Capitan.
Yo seriously 😂. I’m legit waiting until GT7 comes out to get the PS5. Polyphony needs to stop playing and just make a Gran Turismo game that combines all the good from the previous games.
@@julioyobabyy That's exactly what it says in the game description.
Let all GR.4 cars drive off road
@@closedyoutubeaccount6491 that's where the Cathedral Rocks tracks come in ;)
The only reason I buy anything playstation is strictly for Gran Turismo. I seriously have never bought a game for any of my PlayStations.
I always liked Cape Ring because of the many unique Layouts, the fact that you could race inner and outer Circuit combined and of course the C I R C L E of E T E R N E T Y
"C I R C L E of E T E R N E T Y" -> Me -> 🤮
🤣
I like that bridge too it is just fun :DDD
TRUE! Especialy that jump was amazing.
@@Armageddon_71 Yeah the jump. Omg I almost forgot 😅
YES! i was thinking of the name but couldn’t remember it.
Where are my Tahiti Road fans at? Such a classic course that would look beautiful with next-gen graphics.
Safe to say Gran Turismo 4 is god
I miss the Hong Kong Circuit & Opera Paris Circuit from GT4
Such a great experience there❤
strange choice
SS Route 11 or whatever it was called was a favourite of mine
Me too
The one with death chicane the first?
@mclkai It was in 2 Gt games. GT1 and GT3.
oh yes.but the version in gt1
I like SSR11 in GT3 because it's one of the most beautiful tracks in the game (and possibly the series). I like SSR11 in GT1 because of the challenge.
Red Rock Valley Speedway and Grindelwald....two circuit that I've been wanting to see it return in the GT series in HD. Come on Polyphony Digital, bring those circuit back!
Amazing circuit 🤩🤩
@@Paolo_gtone especially the Grindelwald, there’s just something about that track that makes me remember it till this day.
@@hashrulsubzero yes. Grindelwald and red rock valley since Gt2. Amalfi other circuit ❤ . 🙏 back in gt7
@@hashrulsubzero the fact that we haven’t seen each one since 1999 is what makes them so nostalgic. Red rock valley is just perfection
I can't understand PD... i mean, they need no License's for these Tracks. Especially Grindelwald would be Awesome
I almost cried because I have lots of memories in these tracks, espacially in Gran Turismo 4 ❤
wow, nice round at the Seattle circuit! i miss Trial Mountain and Deep Forest Raceway
It was so satisfying getting the downhill section before the back straight correct.
This comment aged well lol
Suzuki escudo on Tahiti maze just wall ride 😂
I really want to see the complex string again, was a fun track to drive on as well as being a useful tool for tuning.
Love that one man!
Not my favorite track, but I agree. It's a good track for those who want a challenge.
Grand Valley will always be my favorite. The memories of playing my first endurance race on GT3 was the Grand Valley race.
I was there since GT1 first launched. It is absolutley one of my favorite tracks to driver ever. Don't know how many laps I've completed there. Even have a port of it for GTR2 and love every corner of it. Deep Forest is awesome too. Those were the only two tracks i saw ported outside of PS anything.
@@GrampsD63 Deep Forest is my second favorite.
Its one of the best tracks in terms of flow IMO. Just feels so fast when you master it
El Capitán, SS Route 5, Hong Kong, Seattle Circuit and Midfield raceway.
Those are my favorites of all time.
El Capitan is easily my favourite original Gran Turismo track. After doing the endurance race on it to get the Minolta I completely fell in love with it.
As the list was moving up, I grew skeptical. "They'd never put El Capitan this high". I was gladly surprised
Special Stage Route 11, Grand Valley East, London, Seoul, Cape Ring, the croatian circuit, Hong Kong, ClubMan Stage5, Swiss Alps.....
There are so many of them!!
Mid-Field has a nice rhythm and scenery. Apricot Hill Raceway should also make a return. Tahiti Maze honestly so many classics.
Midfield
S.S.R. 5
S.S.R. 11
Autumn Ring
Costa Di Amalfi
Grand canyon, pikes peak and another rally tracks
Gran Turismo 4 had one of the most interesting tracks ever. It brought so much new content to the series, and I loved city courses, it really gave a challenge to learn how to keep a line and drive like a pro in such tight streets
GT4's Chamonix has a way better layout than GT5/6's
I can play on that Chamonix PS2 version track in GT5 and compare to the PS3 version Chamonix tracks.
I think the GT5 and 6 version is fun, but it feels more like a rally arena, while GT4 one feels more like a rally stage. I like both, but if I could pick one, I'd pick the GT4 version no questions asked. Most rally courses in GT just feel like race tracks with dirt or snow on them. I want more that feel like actual rally stages, like Chamonix GT4.
I want Citta di Aria and GT3's Rome Circuit as well.
Chamonix on GT5 with that downhill straight into the sweeping right-hander with the exit that suddenly gets narrow... Drifting it just right was very satisfying.
Circuito de la Sierra is a great track even if it has only appeared on GT6 but the length of it and some of the tricky corners that it has combined with the last part of it where you can take almost every turn flat-out while looking at a beautiful lake...
It's amazing !
OVERTAKE! 🤪
czcams.com/video/aUAbz24kswM/video.html
I mean, Special Stage Route 5, Grand Valley, High Speed Ring, Autumn Ring are tracks so nostalgic that dates back to Gran Turismo 1. Grand Valley was the most iconic track of them all.
To not see it featured back on GT7 is a huge bummer.
Everyone forgets Rome Night in GT2, that track was absolutely amazing !
Trial Montain and Deep Forest
Trial mountain already has that track. You can see it on intro
Ohhh what a joy to see some of these again! Memories memories memories!
Would it not be fantastic to see some of these "re-mastered" for 2021 on a high power console with online racing to boot?
El Capitan makes me quiver with excitement!!!
Thanks for a great video!
I would like to see Special Stage Route 11 return in Gran Turismo 7!
I really want Special Stage Route 11 back, both layouts from GT1 & GT3. Someone did a rendition of how Special Stage Route 11 & 5 were connected and it looked like an awesome endurance circuit that would be amazing to race in.
Mid Field raceway 100% all time favorite!
Man the memories! Great video!
Excellent choice of cars to showcase these classic tracks.
Seattle one's a must
Gosh the shivers
There are some others tho
Deep Forest, Monaco, that crazy orange special stage 11, Cape Ring, pretty much almost all rallys, Feeder's songs lmao
Tks man for bringing those memories back 🙏
13 Kinds of tracks I'd like to see make a comeback in GT7
In the interest of variety, I've grouped some similarly styled circuits together
1. Special Stage Route 5/11
2. Special Stage Route 7
3. Super Speedway/Test Course/TRM Speedway
4. Tokyo R246/Seoul/Seattle
5. Apricot Hill/Grand Valley/Midfield
6. London
7. Red Rock Valley Speedway
8. Grindelwald
A rally track styled like
9. Chamonix
10. Toscana
11. Eiger/Green Forest
12. Cape Ring
13. Kart Space
I remember some of these ones
I always remember watching my father play gt4
Midfield Raceway,Grand Valley,Autonom Ring ,Seattle...wären schon richtig nice!!
Gutes Video!! 😉✌✌
I've just been making almost this exact video! 😂 Very interesting to see your picks, Zocker.
Can’t wait to see yours!
@@Zerobeat-dc1tp Thanks! I'm aiming to release it next weekend. :)
Nostalgia hits hard after I watched this :'), i cant stop imagining GT7 can be like all the gt content in 1 game but with good graphics :') also remember when GT7 announced in ps5 live i almost cried lol
That chamonix run looked like a lot of fun!
Which classic/original Gran Turismo tracks from the previous games do you want to have a comeback in GT7? 😎
High Speed Ring, Costa Di Amalfi, George V Paris, Seoul Central, El Capitan, Citta Di Aria, Grand Valley Speedway(I think this and Deep Forest are confirmed), Deep Forest, New York, Special Stage Route 5/11, Seattle Circuit, Rome (GT2/3 Ver. or GT5/6 Ver.) I really love the street circuits, so hopefully they'll add em.
Midfield Raceway and High Speed Ring
Motorland and Beginner's course from GT4. I know they're small, but it's quite intense having to barge your way through the field if you're only given a few laps of racing.
Seattle, man! i loved that track since i played it in Gran turismo 3... i miss that track so much!
Nice video. Really good track selection!
If I had to make one too, it would be very similar with yours ( but not in the same order btw), but it would had Rome-Night(GT2); Apricot Hill and Smokey Mountain South.
I got very nostalgic watching this video! I miss them
I don't expect anybody to agree but Cape Ring is seriously underrated, would be nice to see it back.
I hope I‘ll never see Cape Ring and St. Croix again 🤣🙈
Oh man I actually agree with you.I liked Cape Ring because of it's variety of high speed and low speed corners
I couldn't agree more! Please bring these tracks back.
I played for hundreds of hours when I was a student.
Special Stage Route 5, Tokyo Route 246 and Seattle Circuit are all exciting and challenging circuits. Swiss Alps is also interesting because it can drift.
For me Gran Turismo 4 is a masterpiece.
Great video, brings back lots of memories thanks!
Nothing beats Sierra in a Ruf 3400S if you ask me!
I thought I was the only person who missed Red Rock Valley. Bringing back my childhood memories.
Apricot Hill, Trial Mountain and Deep Forest Raceway are missing to me, also Citta di Aria from GT4 was a really nice challenge. And if we get Rally back, the Smokey Mountain South Circuit. On the other hand I could easily go without Costa Di Amalfi and Tahiti Maze, too many Hairpins for my likings.
But a really nice video and solid choices Zocker!
Liked the video before I even watched it. Legend mate
Hong Kong was a very good looking track in gt4, maybe it wasn't the funniest but it was beautiful to watch... I would love to see it (as well as Seattle and New York and every other city track) in gt7 btw
So glad you didn't include Special Stage Route XI. I drove all of these tracks, and all the rest, in every GT that came out, but some, like Grindelwald I just can't remember.
This video wakes up my ghost of Gran Turismo. Now I feel motivated for the next generation 💪
Dude I'm hella impressed at how you managed to send those cars through those corners (especially in GT5, tyre temperature raises like crazy iirc)
Need that nsx LM road car in my life 🙏
Übrigens, sauber gefahren :)
super Beitrag das ist pure Nostalgie
Yes! I'd love to see all of these! As well as GT3's Smokey Mountain and Swiss Alps.
I can still remember grinding for hours on end in red rock, and never getting bored
These places are so exotic, they'd look gorgeous in 4K! Wouldn't even have to travel, imagine Tahiti in photo mode!
Eiger Nordwand was one of my all time favorites from GT5. Soooo good. Spent hours driving around this sucker.
My first memories playing a GT game were driving a white Golf GTI on Eiger Nordwand in GT5 Prologue, the first game i ever played!
Love that circuit
Yeah bring all of em back!! Special stage 5 has always been my favorite!
I personally think we should get the ability to create tracks again, so many cool memories testing out beautiful countryside tracks with huge massive sweeping corners and ridiculous straights
Red rock Valley has always had a place in my heart
Great video, brought back some memories. Im hoping to see Tsukuba and Twin ring motegi in the new game, not the most scenic but great circuits to race on.
Ive never played on Red Rock before but that track is to die for, come on Gt7 haha
Perfect driving line! super!!!
Grindelwald would be amazing, such an underrated track!
Ss route 11 is the best track i've had so far, and i want to play GT7 on that track again 😭
El Capitan n.1 fair enough!
No Deep Forest? haha :D
My favourite version of Special Route 5
is from gt3, just my personal preference.
But I really enjoyed this one, probably my favourite video from you yet. It's funny how you took some tracks seriously (some great driving) and some you just didn't care xD
I also love Deep Forest and Citta Di Aria, just thought I‘m the only one and so I took other tracks 😅
Some of the laps were from my online competitions back in the days, where I spent 10+ hours for one. That‘s why they are so good. Others I did this week in a couple of tries just to get the footage 🙈🤣
I'd add deep forest as well at the list, but great video anyway!!!
Grand valley goes crazy !! I’m in tears 😭😭😭
Tokyo Route 246, I loved that course always made for great racing :D
So many memories!! I demand them all back !!!
Wow so many memories 😍
Stage route 11 for sure I love the GT3 endurance race
Oh my, satisfied with these circuits that I want to see them in the new installment. Also don’t forget the Driver’s Park circuits those being the beginners, motorland and test circuit. Those were also lovely to race on.
At least one wish came true with High Speed Ring. Now the rumors of Grand Valley Speedway
That seattle circuit driving tho, gasm.
Evo and Unisia Skyline sound are amazing and vicious!
Echt genial mal wieder die alten Strecken zu sehen, sofort kamen die Strecken Costa Di Amalfi und Grindelwald in den Sinn......aber irgendwie wären alle Strecken von GT 1-4 genial die wiederzuhaben. Back to the roots sage ich nur.
Midfield raceway. Always loved that circuit
I used the grind Costa Di Amalfi for that trophy truck, that track never got old or boring for me
Polyphony makes so many amazing tracks.
GT2 has so many tracks (and cars) that we need HD modern versions of
Mid-Field and Red Rock Valley were my go to tracks
The original Special Stage Route 11 from GT1, the all night endurance race of 30 laps with tyre wear switched on was a blast.
The very first track I raced on when I was 2 years old was Red Rock Valley with a red S2000. It was also the first thing I did when I was born. I'd be more than happy to see it back in GT7.
It's also weird to heard GT5/6 engine sounds again. They aged well, didn't they?
Also, seeing as they brought back GT4's menu, I'm sure they'll bring back the classical tracks. Besides, we've been asking about them for YEARS.
GT4 had the most insane race track catalogue we won't see again
These are the following race tracks I would love to have brought back in GT7. The city circuits of Seattle, Rome, Tokyo Route 246, Monte Carlo, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong I really miss. Then the other road tracks I hope make a return in GT7 are Tahiti, Grand Valley Speedway (original), Costa Di Amalfi, and Red Rock Speedway.
Special stage route 5, it’s my favorite track since GT2, i never forget the hours of training with my Skyline R34, always trying to beat my time.
Same on GT4,GT5 and GT6. The night always gives me a calming vibe 😌
The Seattle track was a real life street circuit having been used for CART/ Indycar Racing in the 90s/2000s
Tokyo Route 246 my favourite race. That race was amazing and I miss this race. Hope we see this circuit in GT7
Apricot hill. Loved that track.
Underrated job I hope is real: Being the people who has get to redesign these tracks to FIA standards while still keeping the original magic
High speed ring ! Is enough to give me that nostalgic feeling, I technically grew up with that track!
High speed ring is one of the best track, it’s the one where you can learn how to drive whith his differents high and low speed corners. Also Grand Valley Speedway it’s a great and complete track, whith u-turns, chicanes and blind points, surely one of mine favourites. I miss a lot also El Capitan and Città d’Aria, I loved them, those were the circuits where me and my dad battled a lot on GT4 (Sorry for my english, i’m just an italian teenager whith the passion of cars and motorsport)
It turns out you liked a lot GT4! lol Me too! I remember I did so many duels with a friend of mine in Tokyo Route. That track was amazing to fight and you needed also a lot of strategy to win because of the long final straight. Nissan Skyline (me) vs Viper (my friend) infinite loop. So so many races there!
