Everyone else seems to be removing the heatsink to get this done but your way looks a lot easier.

Nice video. I have an issue with SSD not installed error. While I have tried to boot from pend rive my partition are not showing at all. I have checked the SSD with another laptop it is working fine. I have reset the BIOS and upgrade the bios still having same issue. What should I do? Is it motherboard issue? How to clean the cooling Fans?

Can I change a single key on this model ?
I successfully removed and installed a new keyboard thanks to this video. Sadly now the CPU fan spins at max speed and diagnosed error is "the processor fan doesn't respond". Anyone had the same issue?

Having trouble lifting the tabs on the keyboard to expose the screews... Some seem stuck and won't open.
if you feel confident, use a scalpel that has a sharp tip to pry under the plastic cover(do not cut it of, since the MB is directly touching it and can short out by touching the ground i.e. the rim of the screw slot)
So how much did you charge for this repair?
